"Beautiful location with the alpine panorama all around. Friendly and efficient check-in. Got a nice room on the 5th floor. Rooms are spacious with balcony, a table and two chairs. Clean and tastefully appointed. Everything works. Bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side, especially with the door that swinging open towards the toilet seat. Very quiet surrounding so you get a good night of sleep. Breakfast: that is where the improvement potential lies. Loud and chaotic. Not enough food stations. Not enough staff. Buffet arranged in a way that on some stations, one single person can block the entire flow - that should be revisited. And with a full house, the noise level reminds of a military canteen. Other than that a pleasant stay. Car parking downstairs. Enough spaces though. We noticed that some guest get a reserved spot. Not sure how they got that but with this being the case, I would imagine it could get a bit tight for those that do not prebook their parking, especially during summer vacation season."
