"Great hotel in a truly remarkable position, with a river flowing next to it, and views of Lencois and the mountains. Our room was a good size, with a small balcony overlooking the attractive grounds, which contain a small pool, a hot(-ish!) tub and a steam room. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Dida, the concierge, who gave us an interesting short tour of Lencois, an attractive and fascinating town. The breakfast buffet is excellent (with the exception of weak coffee). We had dinner in the hotel the first night, which was disappointing, but there are many good restaurants only a few minutes from the hotel. Overall, very good indeed."

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but it's not living up to it. They spend a lot of money on the facade, but ignore the details. The front of house and grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice. From there it goes downhill. As you get deeper into the complex, you see it is in need of serious repair. Obvious by the broken chairs in the pool bar, the decaying Children's Park, and the 1987 "Fitness Center". My room was generally clean, but needed some attention. The balcony door lock was broken. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Most annoying was the termite infested bathroom door that wouldn't open or close. The staff were mostly nice, but the young girl at the front desk really needs some customer service training. She could start by making eye contact when speaking to guests and trying to at least pretend they exist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a large variety. It was "okay," but I will stay somewhere else on my next visit."

"It's a beautiful, very well-maintained accommodation with consistently friendly and helpful staff. We were very happy with our choice. It's also in a very quiet location, yet the town center is only about a 10-minute walk away. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay."

"Hotelli on hieman vaikeaa. Täällä on kiviä ja tiet. Sitten en suosittele, että kuka ei ole autossa kaupungissa. Mutta hotellin näkymä on hyvin kaunis. Hotelli on melko puu, mikä on tuonut laillinen ympäristösukellus. Aamiainen on hyvä."
