Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino

My wife and I were profiled as we were registering. Ruined the whole experience and I could not wait til check out time to leave. Hotel is a joke. No parking garage. Can't use side doors. Be ready to spend pool time with chilldren. Not a couples destination. Not a resort. It's a family fun center. That should tell you all you need to know. Just a gussied-up Best Western. Go elsewehere.

Didn’t want to stay no fun Find a different venue to spend your money even if it is a different casino. This place is just flat horrible. You don’t see winners or payouts very often in the high limit room air is just a joke. I guess you almost have to go to Reno or Vegas it’s just I would never want to make that a vacation destination.

I live in the SF Bay Area, my mother lives in Visalia CA. Whenever I go to visit my mom I usually wait until traffic dies down. Unfortunately because of the long drive and late hours I can either get a hotel room or wake my mother up in the middle of the night. I usually choose the hotel room option. I have stayed at MANY Casino Hotels in my life and the remodeled rooms at Tachi are among my favorite. If you ever get a chance to stay in one of their Loft rooms go ahead and treat yourself, it's worth it. One of the things that make Hotels stand out for me is the Customer Service. I don't care how nice the hotel is, if the Front Desk Staff is not pleasant, I will take my money elsewhere. The other night after a long drive, I wanted to get a little but of gambling in. By the time I was ready to get some sleep, I only had but 5 or 6 hours before I would have to get up, pack up, and check out. Having had some success at the Casino I figured I would see about extending my stay. All three on duty Front Desk people all were smiling and ready to help me, so I decided to choose the young lady who had checked me in earlier. Whenever a Customer Service Representative remembers my name it makes me feel like a VIP. Even though hours had gone by and she had helped countless other customers since, miss Elvira V remembered and addressed me by name as soon I walked up. She was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. She is truly a Customer Service Professional and an asset to Tachi Palace. If you enjoy gambling and find yourself in the Central Valley area I would highly recommend staying and playing at the Tachi Palace Hotel, Casino. BTW: their machines are much more generous than those at Rohnert Park's Graton Casino

It's rare to hit a bonus. I never see or hear anyone winning like they used to. After 2019 there are no payouts or anything. Everytime I play bingo the same people always win....not an exaggeration. There are hardly any machines that pay a big jackpot yet most of them you still have to bet at least 5 dollars. Just terrible.

To start off we had to wait 3 hours after check in time, we had no housekeeping or maid service the entire 3 night stay, on a side note the TV guide didn’t match up to what was on the channels and svreen would switch to something she’s when remote was not even near us’n will never stay or die d my $ here again.. Chumash here we come!!!

Very disappointed with security guarda attitude, there was a winning person, and I understand they have to protector them as much as possible, but I think guests need to be treated with respect, this lady was treating guests very rudely bc they were standing by and watching the other guests bonus game....no where in casino does it say thats watching other people.play or win is not allowed. Definitely security guard, not all but that spceific person needs to be taught respect to others especially casino guests+!!!
