房間設施簡單老舊，但是地段不錯服務也可以。停車收費不是免費，24小時收£7。早餐現在是£10.99不是£9.5。請平台更新

The location is perfect but the room standard is varied. Couple months back I stayed in the renovated room without bath but shower. I wanted to the same type of room this time but I was put into a disable room which had some very strong chemical smell and the bathroom conditions was really bad with mould and colour. Tried to change room but was not allowed. They said they could only move me to another disable room even I paid the same price for the renovated room.

Good restful interior-sound proof with great city views. Restaurant staff hospitable and warm. The staff are very honest and professional when my husband forgot his expensive laptop in the room it was returned the next day. Car parking is helpful in this busy city Thank you

Was not very happy with this premier probably the worst 1 I have stayed at The first room allocated on the 5 Th floor had a stale stench of urine The second room on the 3 rd floor didn’t have the smell but was still very old and outdated Tired rooms Outdated room Grey towels Bathroom was stained as old Bedding wasn’t white WiFi was poor Bed hinge was loose Overall not a nice stay

Almost next to the main railway station and also has good on site basement parking. Staff were very pleasant and wel coming. Rooms typically Premier. Dinner palletable and the breakfast was excellent. Beware the lifts. They are not linked and work independently seemingly with a mind of their own

Just a Thank you to the staff of this hotel. All we’re welcoming, helpful, polite, chatty, nothing was a problem at all. We gad a lovely stay , great room . Put us on a high floor so we could enjoy the views of the City. Breakfast was perfect. We could not fault any part of the breakfast. Fresh, hot, all cooked to perfection. The staff are a credit to premier inn and should be rewarded. Thank again We will be back

Easy to find. Big (shared) underground car park. Really friendly staff. Our room on the twelfth floor was very quiet and comfortable, with great views over the city. Plenty of storage, hair dryer, good shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Bumped into Paula and Linda (housekeeping manager) at a restaurant - they were really friendly and certainly knew their stuff about Leicester.

The location of the hotel was perfect as we had travelled by train and it was literally just round the corner and also central for the shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night but our experience was excellent. We were able to leave our bags in a secure room during the afternoon with no problems. The check-in process was very straight forward and Toni managed to sort us an upgrade to a Permier Inn plus room which was very comfortable and quiet. Everything worked as it should have done which helped to make our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others
