Lovely hotel which has a nice pool and good restaurant. Cozy decorations. Will consider coming back.

Good service, well located. The shower sprayed everywhere soaking the floor and there was a lose tile.

We booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

一次過預訂了兩間家庭房，但安排在新館和本館兩邊。兩間房間內部都很大和舒適，但本館那邊沒有電梯，要提行李走窄窄的樓梯，新館那邊則沒有問題。
