Spot on Apartment was spot on, customer service was 10/10. We saw the cleaners on the way and they were lovely too. I must admit we didn’t utilise the apartment as would have liked, but its really nice and we’ll be back for sure

Good location, great apartment. Having read the reviews I was a bit dubious before our stay. But it was great. Check in was super easy, exactly as per the instructions. The apartment was spacious and clean. Lots of towels, bedding was fine (though a couple more pillows would have been appreciated!). The crockery selection is a bit mixed but was workable for what we needed. The location is excellent. Yes there are some homeless people in the area, but this is true of the whole of Leeds City centre and at no point did we find this a concern to our safety. The trains did not disturb as as some have said. You can hear them but not loudly or enough to cause disturbance. There is a co-op right next door and it is walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. I would stay here again and thought it was perfectly good for the price paid.

The only issue is that there was not ventilation in the bathroom however the rest was good I didn't notice any mold and the area around the place was lovely

Beds are not comfortable. Bath rooms are not clean and shower head is very poor. Flooring is very cold. Very noice from front restuarant. Sofas are not clean and very old and covered with old bed sheets to cover the dust.
