The Queens Hotel arvostelua

It is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.

酒店地點就在火車站旁，站內有通道直達，非常方便。地點亦靠近市中心購物區，5分鐘內到達。酒店有一大市政廣場，視野開闊。酒店職員一貫的以禮相待，酒店早餐不豪華，但豐富，選擇亦多，唯一可批評少許的是管家服務略嫌疏忽，清潔後派漏了毛巾，我們兩間房都發生同樣情況，幸而前台反應迅速，馬上補發。整體非常滿意，性價比高。

時隔二十年重回利茲，那些建築房子依舊，卻又有些不同。選擇入住皇后酒店，當年到火車站路過無數次的地方，卻又從不曾進去過。 酒店大堂不大，但陳設風格經典，有很多座位沙發，其實不住店也可以進來坐坐，酒店的餐廳和酒吧很不錯，吸引很多老顧客。住宿一晚，所以選了普通客房，不大不小，衞生間比較侷促但設施還算新。房間設施比較老了，燈不多，有點暗，後來發現原來落地鏡是有一圈燈帶的，有點創意。 酒店可能入住率不太高，床頭和牀頭櫃都有灰，沒打掃乾淨，而且不提供拖鞋，一次性牙刷可以問前台要。總之，懷舊之餘，沒有特別可圈可點的地方。

地點非常方便，在火車站有通道直達酒店接待處，大風大雨都不用怕。前台服务很友善，早餐有英式早餐。房間廁所冲水有問题，我訂住2晚，其间没人執拾房间, 这也可理解，但瓶装水没有䃼充，要向前台索取，有點不便。

Although very good location at Leeds Centre, the hotel does require some upgrade. The reception carpet was rotten a bit, the room heating doesn't work been calling for electric heater several times until I finally got it just before my sleep.

Excellent location for Leeds train station, fantastic bar and food.

十年前上學時高山仰止，現在工作了，可以花自己的錢心安理得地入住，店內裝修大氣，氛圍很好，緊挨着火車站，離市中心也近，設施有點老舊但瑕不掩瑜。

英國房間比國內普遍小。

We stayed in this hotel just after our wedding, it’s very obvious the hotel isn’t what it used to be. First there was no direct entrance to the hotel as it was closed due to road works. We were not aware of this despite booking in advance, the hotel phone number was not working and the phone in our room was not even connected. So I had to wait in the car in a side street in my bridal dress until we could figure out a way to get to the hotel. Something that was supposed to be a smooth check in was very time consuming. We tried calling them directly and their phone wasn’t working, staff all seemed to have no idea what was going on with the phone as they all had different stories. When my husband went to check in they were insistent we needed to pay even though we already paid online? The girl dealing with him at first was very rude and it wasn’t until her manager got there that they realized we had prepaid. The location is great there’s an exit straight into the train station, but I would give this a 3 star at most. Not worth the high price.

酒店地理位置優越，離火車站非常近，酒店後門有一條專門通火車站的通道，出酒店就是火車站，酒店大門對面是一個廣場，很多人在這裏的咖啡酒吧喝上一杯，我們都是走路去利茲的主要景點，都是10多分鐘的路程，酒店大廳裝修典雅復古，前台在一個小角落裡比較小，前台的小姐姐還有一個大叔服務態度很好，笑容可掬，英國的白人服務態度是真的好，衹是房間裏的設施就比較簡陋，房間很小，連放行李箱的架子都沒有，拿東西非常不方便，床上的枕頭第二天早上起床才發現有一團淡粉色的像血跡一樣的東西，真噁心！第二天早餐上房間門打不開了，反覆從房間門口折騰到前台都沒有打開，前台小姐姐跟着上來也沒有打開，小姐姐又打電話那頭可能告訴她是門卡或鎖壞了，最後小姐姐下去拿來一把鑰匙才打開房門，小姐姐等在房間門口，東西匆忙收拾就被迫退房，這是我幾十年來住酒店頭一回遇到這樣尷尬狼狽的場面，這次利茲的住宿感受級差！

服務很熱情，早點很好吃，整體還是不錯，尤其離火車站很近，很推薦的～
