Hotel Goldene Rose arvostelua

Ideaal doorreis hotel, niet geschikt voor langer verblijf. Laat je niet misleiden door de foto's op hun website. Als je geen half pension boekt word je verwezen naar de uiterst ongezellige eetzaal, krijg je de keuze uit beperkt aantal gerechten die zeker overeenkomen met de suggestie van een verfijnde keuken op hun website. De "lounge" heeft evenveel uitstraling als een wegrestaurant. Pro : uiterst vriendelijk personeel, degelijke kamers, goede matrassen, vlot bereikbaar vanaf de Fernpas. Contra: prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

Very good stay in this hotel

The room was on the small side. The restaurant was okay. The location was kind of utilitarian but the view on the other side was very attractive.

We were quite pleased to find this quaint, Bavarian-style hotel for our only night in Austria. Our room was spacious and had a back door that opened onto a small outdoor seating area that was part of a green space that was accessible to the guests from other rooms. We could see the mountains and wished that we had more time to spend there. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was above average. We would go back.

Étape pluvieuse dans une belle région En dehors de la réception à l’arrivée , très froid sans explication, l’hôtel est confortable et les repas bons Malheureusement le temps était exécrable et heureusement l’hôtel proposait un spa Nous retournerons probablement dans la région pour découvrir les magnifiques paysages

Tråkigt bemötande Krånglig incheckning. Bemötande av chef gentemot såväl personal som gäster mycket tråkig. Bilder på pool som inte fanns på hotellet utan 10 min bort med bil. Ingen möjlighet sätta dryck, snacks på rummet om du redan betalt i förväg. Hotellet något slitet annexet väldigt fint.

Poor room, underwhelming service The offering from Hotel Goldene Rose feels somehow half-hearted. The room we stayed in, room 9 was in major need of an update, and nothing like the photos shown on the website. We asked for a room change, but apparently the hotel was fully booked, and it felt like we were the sacrificial guests who had drawn the short straw and just had to put up and shut up, even though the room was well below par for what we paid. To make matters worse, the room was furnished with just one flats pillow each. Breakfast was another affair where on both mornings of our stay, we were greeted with empty food trays at least 35 minutes before the end of the breakfast session, and had to pick through what was left from earlier diners. The food trays did eventually get refreshed, but why not keep on top of it and replace when something is empty? And that about sums this place up…very little nice bits, too many not so nice bits.

Good hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a good stay, but there were a few things that could be better. The staff was very nice and helpful. Big lovely room, except for the toilet door. 2 big sliding doors that shakes when used and lights witch was placed by the main door, away from bathroom. So at night when you finally found the switch the hole room was lit up, not smart. Restaurant made good food yet breakfast could be better. You had to cook your own bacon and the raw bacon was not cooled.

On the road again Mycket trevligt alphotell med overall trevlig personal som gjorde att man könde sig välkommen. Alla förrutom en ung tjej som inte drog på mungiporna direkt. Hon sa aldrig godmorgon eller hejdå, Förrutom det en fantastisk plts mitt blan sevärdigheterna runt

Tons of amenities and a scenic view I can't say enough good things. There are a ton of functioning amenities: wet sauna, dry sauna, foot bath, multiple showers, cardio machines, tea, towels, drinking water, and loungers in the wellness area. We chose a room with a balcony view, which looked out toward a bit of town and the gorgeous mountains. Bar is open til 22:00, giving you some options to partake downstairs or in your room. There is quite a bit of attention to detail/well thought out room structure. Separate toilet and washing area, with ventilation, sitting area, coat hangers, large closet, modern balcony door, good water pressure, etc. this is one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in, and the separate comforters were nice for couples who are habitual dueling blanket thieves. The room had both a shade and darkening curtains, this is always very important to us. I cannot speak to climate comfort, since we visited on a cool night and did not require neither heat nor cooling (I don't think/know if there is AC). the common areas are cozy, I personally loved the rustic decor with tons of character. Breakfast is just fine, plenty of options to get you started. WHAT A GEM! Very excited we stumbled upon this.

Had to look for someone to check in. Restaurant was challenging to use for dinner - needed a reservation even though tables were available. Breakfast was excellent!
