MariaLuisa’s bright, clean, simple apartment just outside the historical center of Lecce was exactly what I needed during my trip! The room was spotless, bed comfortable, and a/c welcome. The hospitality was unparalleled - MariaLuisa was enthusiastic and kind, available for questions and tips, helping advise street parking, and book restaurants. Note you’re ~10 minute walk outside the historical center of Lecce, but the streets in this neighborhood are quiet and I always felt safe (plus there’s a few great local spots only a few blocks away.) One of the best parts is MariaLuisa’s breakfast offerings! The best Rustico and other typical Leccese pastries I had anywhere in Lecce! I definitely recommend LuxAttico.

Fantastico bed and breakfast nel centro di Lecce. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In strada il parcheggio è gratuito. È un attico quindi nessun rumore dalla strada. I tramonti sulla terrazza erano bellissimi. E poi la colazione davvero superlativa: pasticciotti, torte e biscotti fatti in casa, salumi, frutta fresca e tanto altro. Maria Luisa ci ha accolto magnificamente, ascoltate i suoi consigli, non ve ne pentirete. Lo consiglio!

Marialuisa is an excellent host. Warm, helpful, funny, full of ideas and she speaks great English. Her apartment is well located just a 9 or so minute walk from the old town. We drove to Lecce and Marialuisa was most helpful with parking. Breakfast is very good. In summary, our trip to exciting and interesting Lecce was excellent.
