Hôtel le Moulin de Savin

SURTOUT NE VOUS Y ARRETEZ PAS !!! Hôtel à l'abandon, chambres limite insalubres, restauration par un traiteur, pain sec au petit déjeuner, aucune hygiène... et un patron qui vous prends de haut en vous disant qu'il est le meilleur !! A EVITER !!!

Horrible.Prix exorbitant.Le propriétaire réchauffe des plats cuisinés.Nous c'était boeuf bourguignon et comme la sauce débordait il a nettoyé le tour de l'assiette avec ses doigts,puis il a léché son doigt ,a pris un morceau de pain pour finir de nettoyer et l'a mangé.Puis il nous a servi.PDJ affreux.Chambre sale.Serviette sale et trouée.Comment un établissement pareil peut il être encore ouvert ?

Catastrophique. La liste est longue! 4 VTTiste et seulement 3 lits. Sale, poussiéreux, miroir de SdB cassé... En guise de repas traditionnel, pain sec, salade de maïs et cœur de palmier, lasagnes. Au petit-déjeuner, toujours du pain sec mais en supplément les doigts du patron dans le pot de confiture. Le pique nique: toujours le pain sec mais avec un petit bout de jambon et de fromage. Enfin, le patron a refusé de prendre nos sacs apportés par le taxi le dernier jour contrairement à ce qui était convenu; le taxi a dû les ranger derrière le bâtiment. Le code d'accès avait même été changé. Cet établissement est-il vraiment officiellement en activité ? On aurait bien mis une note de 0 mais 1 est le minimum !

Une horreur, ambiance shinning. Hôtel limite a l'abandon, premier abord forte odeur de renfermée et d'humidité, chambre froide mais propre. Pour faire sécher nos affaires après avoir marche toute la journée sous la pluie nous avons visite les cuisines, incroyable que les services sanitaires tolèrent ca, très très sale. Repas improvise et très léger , petit déjeuner d'une autre époque. Par contre la note est salée pour une prestation comme celle la. Conclusion a éviter a tous prix

L hôtel a été repris par son propriétaire en Août.Accueil très sympathique,chambres de belle qualité,repas simple et bon.prix correct.adresse recommandée le cadre champêtre au bord de la Gazeille et a l écart des bruits du village est a souligner

We were walking the Chemin de Stevenson and had booked to stay here for one night half board. Having walked all day I was tired. The room was not ready, the bar area looked dirty, the water was stone cold, the owner had to spend some significant time locating towels for us, the WiFi did not work, the TV did not work, the bedding was 2 sheets and a very small stained duvet that did not have a cover and did not stretch across the double bed. The food was bad - choice of starter and mains or mains and dessert (the main course was a square piece of mashed potatoes with the smallest amount of mince underneath, a salad next to it). The staff who worked for the proprietor gave the impression that they didn't care. When we left there was no sign of anyone to hand the keys to and pay for our carafe of wine. (We had consumed 2 carafes of wine and I had assumed that one was included in the cost of the meal.). So we left 2.50€ for the second which was all the change I had. I was aware that that might have been slightly less than the cost of a carafe of wine, but I felt that due to the cold water problem it was the least they could offer me. No-one turned up in reception while I was doing this and other guests were waiting. Later on that morning I received a phonemail from the hotel. I still don't understand how they got hold of my telephone number. Whoever it was was furious. He raged down the phone at length about the fact that I had not paid for the 2 carafes of wine (14€) and had inundated the mattress rendering the room unusable and I should pay for a new mattress. He suggested that I had done it because of the lack of hot water. It was completely untrue. We had not had any water anywhere near the bed. I explained that I had thought wine was included with the meal and I offered to pay for the cost of the wine by bank transfer (and subsequently did) but he was still furious. He raged at me at great length and in the end I had to cut the call. My advice: stay anywhere else but here. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
