Premier Inn Telford International Centre

Top service! Very clean room and restaurant, staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, especially the mushrooms. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back, keep up the fantastic service, see you all soon!

Brilliant location, a few minutes walk from the international centre. The hotel had everything I needed. A comfortable room, lots of restaurants directly under the hotel. Breakfast was fast, efficient and tasted great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was a little slow but the staff made a call to the provider and they fixed it within an hour.

Great place to stay.. the location couldn't be better and the staff were mainly lovely, especially Margaret and Zoe. The only thing that let it down were the holes in the flooring on level 2. They're under the carpet so you can't see them... that's an accident waiting to happen.

Popped in for breakfast whilst Christmas shopping with friends in Telford, stayed here a few times but just come over for the day this time. The breakfast as always was great, nothing to fault and the staff are always friendly and helpful! Thank you, I will return in the new year 😊

I booked this hotel in a rush, though it would be a standard car park. When you arrive you have to use the SW1 car park (it’s not clear at all) I drove up to the top floor, couldn’t see a sign for Premier Inn check in, after some investigations found it to be on the 2nd floor (no signage that I could see). I duly exited the car park, in the dark, no signage to tell you which way to go. Lots of undesirables walking around the vacinity as I struggled with my luggage, walking around the town trying to find the hotel, the reception entrance is behind restaurants to your left, I wouldn’t walk directly to your left out of car park past amusement arcade, found it very intimidating with men smoking and shouting outside. Entered hotel, reception is on first floor. Self check in even though there were two receptionist sat there!!! The awful self check in machines never work properly, came up with errors so one of the ladies had to intervene anyway, they were pleasant by the way. Was on the second floor, noisy children running up and down the corridor. Hotel is dated, not the cleanest, bed was comfortable. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Felt very unsafe here. Didn’t have a breakfast as food in Premier Inns is always awful anyway. Would not be returning.

Toilet had poo on the seat and bowl. Checked in during the evening so no housekeeping staff were available. The staff member on reception kindly offered to clean the toilet and did so quickly. However he unfortunately missed quite a lot of the mess so we ended up cleaning it ourselves anyway. The carpets in the room had a general feeling of stickiness and needs a good shampooing. I wouldn’t let my daughter play on the carpets which is a first for me. I also wish they would provide better bin liners. They’re comically small and thin and do not fit the size of the bins at all. It must be so difficult for housekeeping to have to use such inadequate bags. They probably spend too much time picking up scattered rubbish that they don’t have time to clean the toilets properly. The parking situation is also rather poorly explained. We were in and out of the car park more than once in the same day but validating the parking at the hotel for exit meant we actually paid more than normal. Putting our reg into the machine meant our parking would be fixed at £3 every time we wanted to exit even if we spent 30 mins in the car park. If you’re going in and out of the car park you could potentially rack up multiple £3 fees in a single day when really it should be £3 for any 24 hour period.
