BEWARE: Customer Service doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I booked a Junior apartment (room and living room separated). Ended up in a unit that had window blinds broken and that had extremely high noise, peaking at 75dB during the night. When I called to be moved to another unit, customer care said none from the same category were available, and hence gave me two options: try to sleep a night there or pay 140 CHF to be moved to another unit. To be clear, the rate my company was paying was already TWICE the one published online at the time of arrival for a higher category unit. Out of desperation I ended up paying the surcharge, to guarantee some sleep. And enrede up downgraded to a studio, not an apartment. The studio looked ok but had elements that were quite old.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST Check-in date: the 4th of Dec, 2024 I checked in around midnight of my check-in date, and once I checked in, I immediately regretted my decision. The room lacked management; it was nothing similar to the photos that were shown on the website (PHOTOSHOP EVERYTHING). The room was super dirty, every corner of the room was dirty and rotten, you could see spiders on the ceiling, more than half of the lights were broken, the countertop was stained, and even the microwave was dirty!!!!!!! The room was so disgusting that I started to search online comments and found out that this company has a super bad reputation, not only because of the disgusting rooms but also their reluctant attitude to take responsibility!!! Many of the comments stated the bad customer service. The poor condition of the room left me no choice but to find another hotel immediately! (So I have to pay extra for the walk-in price). On the 6th of Dec, I called customer service for a refund, and they asked me to file the refund through email and quote, “the customer service manager will take care of my case,” and they asked me to provide all the photos of the room, which I did on the 12th of Dec. And I have never heard back from them ever since. Til now it has been almost a month, and I haven’t heard back from Visionapartments. it is clear that Visionapartments doesn’t want to deal with a refund.

Did the job. Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future.

The apartment I was assigned was located at the back of the building, accessible only by a narrow staircase. This presented a challenge for me, and I contacted the property, but I received no response. Despite the difficulty, I managed to cope, but I can’t afford to find myself in a similar situation again. Inside, the apartment was acceptable, though the bathroom was very small and lacked proper ventilation. Given these issues, I doubt I will choose to stay there again in the future.

Please stay away from this place. It’s not clean at all. It’s not what you see in pictures. Rooms are very small. Only 1 small bed doesn’t even fit 2 person on bed.. Don’t have any parking. Very dark in hallway. Balcony is not safe. It has very low railing.

I got bedbugs from this place. They tried to sneakily throw away the infested items and not let me know but of course I had been bitten already! I had to argue with them to get my room changed, but before that, I had to stay in that room for days and woke up with bedbugs right beside me in the mornings. They did not even offer to get my clothes professionally disinfected, so I had to do multiple rounds of washing because I had packed for a long stay. It was a nightmare and ruined my time in Lausanne. It is the dirtiest accommodation. The furniture are worn down. The laundry room is disgusting. No wonder why there are bedbugs there. Plus not soundproof at all. Stay away.
