The hotel is so convenient to the town central. The hotel staff is so attentive and the shower and room conditions are good enough for this price.

Request a room far away from lift, then I got a last number of the floor but actually close to lift which only separated from the lift by one staircase. Poor sound insulation, all people walk through door can be heard.

Great location and affordable price, really good for those who are just looking for a reliable hotel to stay at.

Location is good. But parking is not enough. It is hard to park at night. Also no free parking. Beds are comfortable but toilet facilities are old and not that clean.

The room was big and clean. King size bed comfortable. Location near to many shops and restaurants. About 9 minutes drive to cataract gorge. However the bathroom needs updating with mixers instead of 1 cold and 1 hot water tap.

The whole experience was seemless, no hidden costs and any extras we needed were available to us apon request. Motel was quiet and well situated to the inner city. Staff were always very very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good value price for a 4 star hotel staff was super helpful and big size carpark

we enjoyed our stay but the heater was not working properly. Luckily the staff brought a portable heater for us to the room
