Old school hotel, air conditioner didn’t work, Bubba Gump food to go was cold. In and out stay, slept well though.

Great couples get away

I love the golden nugget! Always clean and pool is usually empty! They have the nicest pool from all the hotels there. Salt grass restaurant is also sooo good!

Stopped for 3 nights in August, the hotel is ideally located, the rooms are big and clean, though very dated, definitely need updating, both decor and furniture look very old and worn. Also the people in the room above us were incredibly loud all night, you could hear every movement they made. Also for the 3 nights we were there, the lifts in our block were not working, if it wasn't for housekeeping we wouldn't have known we could use the service lift, as the doors were closed over this. The pool though small was lovely and warm, spent each day in there, playing with a ball with our son and generally lazing about, lovely view over the river from the sunbeds. Only thing is there needs to be more umbrellas, nowhere near enough for the sunbeds. And the bar we didn't see 1 person purchase a drink on one day, perhaps if they weren't so expensive people would buy more? The ****** was incredibly smokey, and there was nowhere to sit at night and enjoy a drink with our teenage son being allowed to sit with us, not allowed in any of the bar areas etc. All in all a nice stay that we enjoyed, and laughlin was a great place for a stop off for a couple of nights.

Nice hotel and not crowded. Clean rooms with a river view. Great restaurants! Lots of things to do and close to other casinos! Try the Claim Jumper and Salt Grass ! Finish up with Bubba Gumps ! Rent a Wave runner for an hour and you won't regret it!

Hotel per anziani giocatori. Nonostante sembri recente moquette e infissi tradiscono l'età. Ascensore fuori uso e aria condizionata rumorosa al limite della sopportazione hanno inciso sulla mia valutazione (richiesto intervento alle 19 del giorno di arrivo il tecnico si presenta la mattina dopo alle 7 svegliandoci....con 45 gradi fuori..). Unico punto a favore è il prezzo più che accettabile per gli standard americani e la qualità delle spugne. Va bene per una notte e via sulla strada verso la Route 66 e Grand Canyon da Las Vegas.

This hotel customer service is absolutely horrible. I booked a reservation 6 months ago and got an email today that I cancelled it?? I immediately called and they said that there was not credit card on file. I booked it through their reservation desk and a CC is required. They said they did not receive payment?? I provided the CC and they did not run it so they cancelled my reservation. Why would they not call and verify before just cancelling it and also saying I requested to cancel? What a joke!!! I have had this reservation for months to attend a concert in Laughlin. They now say they can do nothing as the hotel is sold out. I called just after 12:00 and the reservation clerk could not do anything and said they were sending notice to the front desk manager and I would be called. Three hours later and no call, I called back and the front desk clerk said there was nothing she could do to reinstate the reservation. I demanded to speak to the hotel manager and she put me on hold, then came back on and transferred me. No one picked up the alleged manager line so I left a message for a callback. Never received a callback so I called again and got through to the alleged front desk manager. He said he could not reinstate the reservation and said he could not take a CC to make a new one and transferred me to reservations again. He said to tell them the hotel front desk manager had talked to me. Reservations then told me that hotel was sold out, they could not call the front desk manager and even said the front desk takes CC numbers all the time. She said to call the front desk back. I called again and spoke to the same individual who claimed he would talk to reservations and call me back. NO CALL BACK again! I called back and he completely blew me off saying there was nothing he could do. He said he would let the Hotel Manager know and call me back. I am been run around for over 6 hours. I will not patronize this hotel or any associated with it.

It tries hard but hotel and gounds are run down. Stayed 2 nights with our 2 dogs (Monday-Wednesday). Confirmed by reservation operator that I had a pet room. Paid extra for pet room. Upon check in, there were no more pet rooms available. Given regular room. To be fair, they did not charge me extra for pets. Filthy carpet, rusty bathroom sink, beat up furniture, thread bare towels, sagging mattress. All of the power went out in the hotel on Monday night (8 -10 pm). The halls and stairways were pitch black. No emergency lighting anywhere. All hotel employees had no idea what was going on. The courtyard was a mess from the trees. On a positive note, had good food and service at Claim Jumper.
