The system was down for five days. Showed up at 6 left for dinner reservations came back at 10:00 didn't get room until 1:00 AM. Room was pre paid. No compensation for lost time. 7 people in our group. 4 hours to check in 28 man hours lost for our group. No compensation from management. Kirsten said because she prioritized us with an attitude (After involving management to get our room).My little girl spent the last 3 hours of her birthday sitting on a hotel lobby floor.
Next day hotel parking garage was packed, we had to walk to Sphere, thanks God weather was nice.
