Friendly staff and clean amenities

I have stayed at this hotel several times because it is easy to find and close to everything I need to go to for work. There has been a change, the service is a bit faster. I just hope the menu can be changed or expanded. It's getting boring 3 times a yr I've stayed here in three years.LOL🤣😂🥰

As a frequent travellers, we already saw kinds of service for every hotel that we were staying in. We find this eurotel las piñas a good location but the service was not that good especially the lady in front desk every morning, she is unkind and does not know how to smile. I even ask for a cleaning and it took 5 hours for them to clean our room. We have stayed for 5 nights they only changed beddings and towels once even the cleaning you have to call them first even if we already hang the makeup room label on our door. They cut the line for the telephone also so i need to go downstair to order what i need to order. So never again

Worth the money except for 1 srmtaff it the reception desk...I asked for the WIFI Password but instead of getting the small piece of paper right away, she instead pretended to count the money twice and dilly dallied and delayed time when in fact the bellnoy and my husband were holding the elevator for me...she could have just took the little piece of paper with the password in a flash knowing that I was waiting for it...there was no eye contact from her nor apologized for the delay... I was once a director of recruitment and I always teach customer satisfaction through the little things that would satisfy the customers !
