This is a large house with plenty of room for a large family. The furniture is comfortable. There is a lot of light from the outside that comes in to make the home bright and pleasant. The air conditioning works well. It is very close to the highway and you do hear the traffic noise. Therefore, sitting on the back patio shown in the pictures is not enjoyable. Some things that the host could do to make this property more user friendly would be to change the air filter above the master bedroom bed. It is full of dust. Also the tops of the ceiling fans blades need to be dusted. There was were no potholders, and just a few pans.

The house was great. Only problem was we sent property manager multiple messages and never received a reply. Other then that it was a great stay.

Great place and location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though, there were a few details that we feel were lacking, easy fixes. There were no paper towels, no hand towel in the second bathroom and no wine glasses.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this rental. However, this time, when we got there, the ac wasn't working properly. It was 77 in the house but after 20 minutes it was up to 78 and then higher. We could reach the host until around 10pm. However, he was very apologetic and said he would give us a partial refund. We could only find 3 washcloths and there were no makeup remover wipes in either bathroom. However, we would stay again because it was awfully hot outside so it probably caused the ac to freeze up.

Wonderful house for our group! We were in town for a golf tournament and stayed at this VRBO. It was perfect for us! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. In fact, we loved it so much we plan on staying there again for our tournament next month! It was a very reasonable price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Las Cruces Ukulele Festival weekend The Property was superb! The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We hope it's available next year when The String-a-long Uke Band from Kerrville TX returns for the next Las Cruces Uke Fest. Also, the Property Manager was great! He is absolutely the nicest person to work with. We even attempted to get him to join us at the Uke Fest! But he already had plans, maybe next year :)From the beginning of the transaction (reserving the house) till the end of our stay was the best! Will definitely recommend using VRBO to all our friends and family and if anyone one is going to Las Cruces we'll definitely send them to the place we rented. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!
