Perfect location and verry clean rooms with an amazing service.

Hotel novo, bons quartos, bem localizado. Caso se vá depois do horário de check-in é nos deixada a chave num cofre do lado de fora , de fácil acesso. Quarto limpo, bons condições, com ar condicionado. Encontra-se perto de um rua onde existem várias opções para almoçar/jantar. Tínhamos pequeno almoço incluído que é feito num restaurante próximo.

You couldn’t ask for a more lovely clean & smashing wee hotel , staff were excellent as was the location etc. Super comfy massive beds & spotless clean . Will definitely return. The girl at reception was so friendly & great for information about the area. The beach is a 10 second walk from the front door

Bardzo czyste pokoje, pięknie urządzone i wyposażone. Pani na recepcji przemiła kobieta, bardzooooo blisko do morza, taras z widokiem. Generalnie same plusy, zero minusów. Z ogromną chęcią tam wrócimy :)

Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits, quelle déception à notre arrivée!!! Notre chambre était située à côté de la réception, tout le monde passait devant notre porte, mais cela n'était que le début. La chambre disposait d'une fenêtre donnant sur ... un mur. Nous étions en bord de mer pour voir un mur. Ensuite, la porte de la salle de bain est transparente. Dans un couple, on n'a pas envie de voir l'autre au toilette!! On ajoute à cela les moustiques dans la chambre et le bruit du bar à côté, non vraiment une catastrophe. Seul point positif l'emplacement, à proximité de tout.

Un peu déçu de l’hôtel, nous avions une odeur dans la salle de bain qui n’étais pas très agréable. De plus nous ne pouvons pas prendre le petit déjeuner avant 9h ce qui est dommage lorsque nous avons un avion derrière. Le reste de l’hôtel et sympa pour une nuit

Best choice, near center and bus stop practically on the beach with a good breakfast . Very clean room and a great bed near the best Chinese restaurant. The beach was amazing and large with a slow entrance in water

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are also really welcoming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the stay wasn’t without issues. The safe didn’t work for the whole duration of the visit, we even had to explain the issue/solution. Shower/water supply faulty for a fair bit of the stay and there was also an issue with lighting. They were friendly and smiled when the issues were raised but sadly a hotel room with faulty, lighting, water and safe will dampen any visit - even with no water!!
