Sea N Lake View Hotel Apartments

We received a warm welcome and personally shown to room which was very spacious. Living area separate from bedroom. Bathroom clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 ring hob. Furniture perhaps dated adds to the charm. No air conditioning in communal areas but there is air-conditioning at extra cost for your room. The safety deposit boxes are at reception for no extra cost. With the airport so close noise from planes can to noisy along with the music from nightclubs on Friday and Saturday nights depending on what side of building your room is. Being amongst residential properties we were also woken early some mornings by bin men. The hotel is kept very clean. Towels and bedding changed regularly and beds very comfortable. We would recommend these apartments for value for money and if we decided to visit Larnaca again we would stay here again.

On arrival at approx 0130 we were greeted warmly by a gentleman, shown to our room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The whole complex bar, reception spotlessly clean. The only minuses is that anyone with mobility issues need to be aware that there are lots of steps, and because of the location a hire car would be a must to get around. If you are looking for a getaway place with a good nights sleep you cannot go wrong, comfy queen beds rather than singles, and staff that want you to have the best holiday.

Family run by Micheal his lovely wife and mum this apartments block is more like a community with the same customers returning again and again. 10 minutes from the airport (20euros) and about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Larnaca. There are plenty of restaurants around closer and the beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The sunloungers on the beach cost 7.50 for 2 with an umbrella with more restaurants along the front. The apartments are exceptionally clean and have maid service everyday (even when it says there is no maid service on a Sunday) the food there is fresh, very tasty and very reasonably priced. You have to try a frappe- they are amazing!! It’s so relaxed no one is putting their towels out on the sun-loungers first thing. In fact there were several times we were the only ones in and around the pool. Everyone says hi it was just a lovely place to come to. We will definitely be returning!

Found this excellent place by accident since unexpectedly staying in Larnaca for 3 days. Ask Dora about renting a bike ….very reasonable charges and there is the option of exploring solo or having a personal guided tour - also at very reasonable cost.Try the circular tour of Salt Lake Aliki then progress to the Three villages and the Kiti Lighthouse tour….about 35 km/ 4 hours. See the world from a different perspective and keep fit. Signed….a satisfied customer!

I Chose this apartment/hotel complex because of its closeness to the airport and walking distance to the beach. The local bus goes from the airport and stops just outside the apartments and is just €2. The other thing I wanted was a pool. As a first time solo traveller to a country I’d not visited previously I chose this place as it was listed as a family run accommodation. I arrived an hour later than scheduled and as the taxi pulled up outside the hotel Michael welcomed me and took my case up to my room. The rooms are simply furnished and are so clean and bright and had everything I needed to cook some simple food if I didn’t want to venture out! Dora, Michael and Julia are the perfect hosts, the home cooked food is delicious, especially the real chips made from Cypriot potatoes, not really a fan of frozen chips! Pool area and apartments cleaned daily by a friendly cleaning team, nothing too much trouble for anyone at the Sea n Lake! I can’t wait to return asap with my family. Plus I will return on my own as it’s such a safe friendly place for me! Thank you all!🥰🥰
