The Villa we propose, located on the edge of Lari, a small medieval village immersed in the green of the Tuscan hills, is an elegant and stately Art Nouveau residence, with frescoes and period furniture, enriched by a suggestive terrace where it is possible to enjoy lunch and dinners and from a garden with swimming pool, where you can relax while admiring the enchanting landscape. Villa "Il Belvedere", 130 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1800. In the centre of Lari 30 km from the centre of Pisa, 65 km from the centre of Lucca, 85 km from the centre of Firenze, in the heart of the city, 38 km from the sea. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises.
