Restful Get -A - Away. 10 min from the beach!!

The property was clean. It didn't have toilet paper. I contacted the host and it took over 24 hours to get a response due to VRBO not sending him the message. He did say cleaning company was suppose to leave toilet paper. We got some and survived. This was the only problem. It was clean and in a great location.

Inaccurate/Dirty I have stayed here before and the first time was wonderful, however this time it was so bad we had to leave. When you came in there was a musty smell, along with dirt on the floorboards, the walls etc. The smoke alarms were ripped out of the ceiling and there were just open holes. The toilet paper holder was also ripped out of the wall. All of those items were placed on top of the fridge, but we were told that because they were there (even though they weren't in their spots and weren't working) that they couldn't say they didn't have smoke alarms. Also, the washer and dryer were not in the home but through a separate door calling the "cleaning quarters" which was a space with a bunch of random stuff thrown in there. We had a horrible time getting a hold of the host, sometimes waiting over half a day to hear back. Ended up leaving and getting a different place. Vrbo will not refund you unless the host chooses to, so even though we never stayed there, getting a refund is near impossible as the host is being quite difficult to reach and refusing to refund.

Weekend Away We enjoyed visiting the Largo area. If you need a java recommend: Belleair Coffee was superb!
