Fatal este hotel,a mi familia y a mí no nos quedó de otra que quedarnos aquí pues no había lugar en otros hoteles. Rentamos para una noche. Mientras cenábamos hamburguesas mi niña vió una cucaracha. Después de ahí me puse a checar todo el cuarto y al menos vimos 6 mas vivas. Se mencionó al encargado y nos dijo que nos atendería en 45min pues había mucha gente esperando. Se le comento del problema de las cucarachitas, pedimos nos limpiaran el cuarto, cabe decir que el inodoro estaba sucio. Después de dos horas nos dieron otro cuarto, a las 3am me levanto. Yo traía una cucaracha en el cuello, me levanto a inspeccionar el cuarto con la lámpara de mi cel y mi sorpresa es que había mas caminando , incluso en la cabecera de la cama!!! Maté como 7 y otras mas se me escaparon. No pude dormir. Y encima al bañarme no calentaba el agua. Fatal experiencia. Ahh y como a las 5am nos tocan la puerta, alguien quería entrar, a lo lejos se oía una llamada diciendo: el cuarto que me diste esta ocupado. Viene el encargado 10 min. despues y toca, abrimos y le dijimos que nos había reasignado ese cuarto. Se disculpó diciendo: ah! El sistema no lo actualizó. Se le dijo que aun seguíamos con el problema de las cucarachas y solo dijo: “a la otra que reserven les haré descuento” …y se fue. No teníamos microondas (se supone que lo incluye). Demasiada mala experiencia, los sillones sucios, la mesita donde esta un teléfono (sin teclas) con pata toda chueca. Mueble del tv despintado y con pedazos faltantes. Techo del baño manchado (como de goteras), llaves de lavabo viejas y no se diga la tina de baño. Pagar $4200 por una noche no lo vale. Jamás lo vean como opción!

The Entire place is under reconstruction, no heat in the building, water is super hot, not breakfast offered, no cable, no phone line. Pool is not available, the front of the building is beyond unacceptable. Only 3rd and 4th floor available. A water pipeline broke bringing down partial of the roof at the dining area. The entire building should be shut dow until all services are available as advertised. I’m taking further legal steps for Satisfaction. FYI.Several hotels in LAREDO TX are going through this so ask “IS THIS HOTEL UNDER RENOVATION”because they won’t tell you.

La peor experiencia el baño con cucarachas la regadera no servia querían arreglarla alas 11:55pm me prestaron otro cuarto para usar el baño y sorpresa alguien ya había usado es habitación estaba todo desordenado x higiene no lo use el hotel está en construcción y desgraciadamente empesaron a trabajar alas 8:00am 😭 nada recomendado mejor es quedarse en el carro a pasar la noche 😡

Oh my gosh! The ONLY reason they got a 2 was because the price, almost matched what they had to offer. Pool and hot tub not operational, no hot water in the shower, toilet paper holder and shower nozzle both broke, t.v. had marginal reception, only after a maintainennce guy fixed it. Who puts a grab bar on the wall BEHIND the toilet? They did! No breakfast as advertised, even advertised inside the hotel! No breakfast at all...and the front clerks response to all this was "oh well". List list goes on. The place was dirty and run down...wires everywhere. I do feel however that my bedding was clean, i hope, so is did leave housekeeping a tip....not their fault! Would not at all recommend!

Do yourself a favor and just don’t go to this hotel. You and your family deserve better than this place. First off parking is limited so if you plan to go out that night then get an Uber because people have been circling the parking lot for hours to find a spot. This hotel stinks, as in it smells funky in the lobby, hallways, elevator and the rooms. The elevator seems to be running on prayers because it seems to scream when someone tries to use it. When I got my “first” room I encountered my first problem. The phones were not working the lamps were unplugged. I went to the bathroom, and noticed a elongated toilet seat on a round toilet bowl.🤦 The pillows on my bed were small while the other bed had pillows of a regular size. It’s like nothing is consistent in this room. If you’re hoping to charge your phones or other devices then bring your own wall charger because they having nothing to help you here. My real problem with my room, was when I I thought I accidentally locked myself out. The door closed behind me and I thought I was screwed. It turns out that the door doesn’t even latch, which means it doesn’t lock. We ended up getting another room instead. Our next room we provided a photo of the beds and to me -I get the feeling that every room in this hotel has “character” because I think that each room has its own unique problem. The head boards on our beds our extremely different and it looks like they covered holes with boards nailed in. Again I had issues with my pillows because they vary in sizes and in number. I have two little pillows and one sham pillow while my brother has two decent pillows. In the previous room we had at least four and this tells me that consistency is not a virtue that they have in this hotel. Anyways I needed ice for my drink and the only ice machine is on the first floor. It turns out it doesn’t work. What a bummer. I then decided it’s time for me to relax in their Jacuzzi. Apparently they didn’t bother to heat the jacuzzi and worst of all it was filthy just like the pool. I chose this place because I needed a Jacuzzi, but I learned another lesson. A room is more important than the Jacuzzi. Well I hope the breakfast is good!

Este hotel es un FRAUDE, lo mejor que pueden hacer es NO IR JAMAS!!! El cuarto que me dieron estaba SUCIO, cobijas y toallas sucias! Se excusan de que no hay personal de limpieza, dicen que lo van a limpiar y jamas van a limpiarlo. Pides tu dinero de regreso y no hay poder humano que te lo regresen, repito es FRAUDE. Da asco y miedo. No le han metido ni un peso al hotel desde quien sabe cuantos años. El personal es de lo mas bajo que hay. Deberían de quemar este hotel, no es justo que sigan haciendo mensa a la gente.

This place is an absolute nightmare. The rates were insanely high due to high demand and they were charging whatever they wanted even to people who booked in advance with a different rate. Once inside, the rooms were dirty, moldy and reeked of humidity, and that’s just before the fun begins. The bath towels, shower curtain and toilet seat were riddled with hairs, and we found no fewer than five cockroaches well alive and crawling all over the place. We went to the front office to complain about it and their only response was “I have a lot of people waiting for a room here, you’ll have to wait”. My family literally had to sleep in our car for a while, until finally two hours later the guy at the front desk informed me of a new room that was “just sanitized and waiting for you”. Said room looked slightly cleaner and the bedsheets were somewhat decent, but after going to bed and finally being able to sleep for an hour or so, the merry gang of cockroaches started crawling on our bed. My wife and I spent a couple more hours awake, trying to hunt the bugs down, and at least 15 of them were crushed before we deemed it somewhat safe to sleep, around 3:30 am. To top it all off, some random guy tried using a key on our door and we heard him calling the front office. The dude from front office actually OPENED our door but I was there ready to inform him “hey, YOU gave me this room, remember? By the way, we’re also infested here”. The man just offered a “sincere” smile and said “I’m sorry, sir. The system must not have registered the change of rooms. We will give you a discount the next time you stay with us; we don’t have refunds”. So, all in all… I’d rather stay under a bridge in Derry, Maine, before staying here again. I wish I could give it a negative rating, but the system only allows a 1/5. If you’re in town and this is the only place available, I’d suggest you instead go to a 24-hour diner, park there and spend the night in your own car.

El peor lugar que he conocido; no se le leído llame hotel. Para empezar el lugar está muy muy descuidado y viejo, pero por pandemia lo podríamos pasar por alto, pero está SUCIO, ASQUEROSAMENTE SUCIO, por dentro. El Sr que nos atendió de muy mala gana, muy grosero desde que llegamos y tuvimos que tocar la campana porque estaba dormido en un cuarto atrás del mostrador . Cuando le comentamos si había desayuno, nos dice que no han autorizado la cocina por el covid. Nos da la llave y cuando entramos a la habitación No lo podíamos creer, La habitación sucia, realmente sucia. La cama acomodada como la Había dejado el huésped anterior El baño sucio, con pipí , basura en el Piso, la tina/regadera sucia. Nos salimos y no quisimos tocar nada. Cuando le decimos al sr del mostrador que la habitación estaba sucia, su respuesta fue : Cito textual PUES ES QUE NO SE QUE HABITACIÓN ESTÁ LIMPIA PORQUE NO HAY PERSONA DE LIMPIEZA. Y cuando le pedimos de buena manera que nos haga nuestro reembolso, nos comenta que lo podamos ver n la página que reservamos. Que el no puede hacer nada. Y que le hablemos al gerente llamado Josh y señala una hoja pegada en la pared. Empezamos a marcarle al manager Josh y nunca contesto. Nos salimos muy molestos a otro hotel que está a la vuelta, y bueno , nada que ver. Platicando con la Srita del mostrador nos comenta que la persona que nos atendió por cómo la describimos es el manager del Lugar osea el tal Josh, y aparte se burlaba de nosotros. Tiene política de no reembolso por cancelación o por cualquier otra situación. Pues claro, porque lo que hacen es robarle a las personas su dinero. Porque es un engaño lo que ofrecen en la publicidad contra lo que realmente existe en el lugar. Pusimos una queja en ese momento en el website donde hicimos la reserva, y el hotel no aceptó la queja y no nos van a reembolsar. Es un lugar carísimo Pagamos $169.23 dlls por un lugar asqueroso donde ni siquiera nos quedamos a dormir por asco y por miedo a contraer alguna enfermedad o parásito. No entiendo como sigue abierto este lugar y sobre todo donde están las políticas de limpieza por COVID. NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE ASQUEROSO LUGAR NO TIREN SU DINERO
