We were traveling from Mississippi back home to Portland Oregon. We stayed at this hotel because it worked out for the amount of time we wanted to drive. We were so glad we chose this hotel. The room was nice but the best part was the staff. Abby, the manager,was awesome as well as Nate and Melinda. Highway 80 west was closed for 6 to 8 hours the morning of our departure and Nate helped us figure out a route that bypassed the trouble and got us to our next destination. Abby loaded us up with some goodies for the trip. I can't express enough how great they all were. Plus, they loved our Goldendoodle Maybelle.

Nice motel, good breakfast, clean rooms. good parking, elevator to upper floors was nice. Air conditioning kept room cool, the staff were friendly, right off interstate and easy to find. A little bit pricey but all of Laramie is expensive. Will stay here again.

The reception team were wonderful and they gave us a map of Laramie, directions to avoid the horrendous roadworks, a few dinner recommendations (well worth taking). Hotel, bedroom, bathroom all clean. Breakfast was good. Minor issue was there was no microwave to heat the porridge.

The Website indicates that it is near The University of Wyoming! It could not be any further away!!!! We arrived a day early so needed to modify our reservation. The person at the desk indicated no problem and that our rate would actually be less. When we checked out our rate was different that what we were quoted. We were told to call the manager the following day and the manager was nothing but RUDE! Will not stay at a Comfort Inn ever again

Worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed at. Management is so cheap, employees told us they had been out of forks for breakfast for 2 days. We had been traveling for 8 hours and it was storming pretty bad. Checked in to our room expecting to kick back and relax watching a little TV and listen to the rain. Not happening TV was out because of weather. Their system was Direct TV. Front Desk said they lose TV every time it storms. Management too cheap to look for better provider. I have spent 10 years on the road 200+ days a year and have stayed in 100s of motels and this is the first where they ran out of forks and lost TV because of a storm. And management said they were out of forks because of the storm? These are the amenities I paid $200 for a nights stay.

This review is based more on customer service versus actual rating of hotel and stay. I'm a member of choice privileges . We reserved a night in Laramie Wyoming and road closures from our origin city prevented us from making our hotel reservation. We were informed of the road closures 24 hours beforehand and tried to cancel. Hotel management would not relent unlike the local hotels who graciously let us cancel without pay. Stick with local hotels instead of large chain -corporation- franchise ones. I'm canceling my membership

We had an unplanned stay in Laramine due to the closure of I-80 due to weather. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us a room ( even after a last minute change). The. rooms are large clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a number of choices. The front desk clerks helped us find alternate routes to travel after I-80 remained closed. They went above and beyond to be helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk person - Traci- she was very friendly and helpful. My room was super spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed to be very clean. There is a free complementary breakfast which is very filling. This hotel is also located far enough from the freeway to not hear any freeway noise.

Room was very nice and bathroom had lots of room. The beds were very comfortable. Very accessible to the highway, food and gas. Would stay again when we are in the Laramie area. Price of room was very reasonable.
