Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort arvostelua

It was superb! Nice hotel and amenities. The problem going there is the road too narrow and not accessible for taxi and going to the mall. It's far but nice resort. The housekeeping are inefficient not giving us enough supply like toilet paper bottled water and coffee and cream.

I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels around Lapu-Lapu, and unfortunately, this property falls short of that standard. The room was relatively small and underwhelming, especially considering the nightly rate of $280 (around 15,500 pesos). Overall, the resort doesn’t compare favorably to its competitors in the area. Upon arrival, we headed to the pool and asked for towels, only to be told to come back in 30 minutes as they were still drying, not the kind of service you expect from a high-end resort. There were also no poolside activities or amenities for children, making it less suitable for families. If you want to use the children’s play area, there’s an extra charge of 300 pesos per child per hour, and you have to walk all the way back to the check-in counter to pay. Frankly, that felt like a rip-off. Safety-wise, be cautious walking around as there were small puddles on the floor, likely caused by condensation dripping from air-conditioning pipes above, an obvious slip hazard that should be addressed. Also, don't let your young kids near the elevator lobby windows. They are low level and open outwards.  The buffet breakfast was another letdown. The food was presented poorly, served lukewarm, and surprisingly lacked basic breakfast staples like sausage or bacon, something I’ve never encountered before in a hotel of this caliber. Even more concerning was the presence of pet dogs in the dining area during breakfast, which we found off-putting. While the sunset views are beautiful, they’re somewhat marred by the rusting ship hull of visible just offshore, a visual distraction that takes away from the otherwise scenic waterfront. On a brighter note, we had drinks and dinner at the sports bar twice, where the service was excellent and the food enjoyable. However, ordering would be more efficient if they adopted a QR code system instead of relying on guests to find a server. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. For better service, amenities, and overall experience, I’d recommend the Shangri-La or Sheraton, both of which offer a far superior pool, beach area, and level of hospitality. In fact I find Costabella Beach Resort much better services and amenities for a fraction of the price!

施設、サービスはとても素敵でした！ 空港から遠いエリアでなかなかタクシーが捕まらないのが難点ですが、ホテルで頼んだらすぐに迎えにきてくれました。

새벽에 체크인 했는데 바다뷰 잘 보이눈 곳으로 룸체인지 해주셨어요 !! 저는 참고로 체크인할때 3000페소 추가해서 레이트 체크아웃했습니당 ( 오후 6시 ) 가격 추가없이 레이트 체크아웃 오후 1시까지 가능하다는 거 같았어요 !! 체크인할때 확인 필수 !! 조식은 간단하게 먹기 좋아요~ 기대는 안하시는게 좋아요 호텔에 포켓볼이랑 탁구 등등 생각보다 할 수 있는게 다양해서 좋았어요 일몰시간 맞춰서 내려가니깐 뷰 진짜 미쳤습니당,, ㅜㅜ 썬베드에 앉아서 분위기있게 망고스뮤디랑 수박주스 시켰는데 음.. 뭔가 애매했습니다 한 잔에 9천원 정도 하는데 맛은 그냥 그랬어요,, 차라리 시내쪽 나가서 앨리망고 세 번 드세요 호텔안에 태국 음식 리뷰 좋아서 먹었는데 기대이하였어용 그래도 드실 거라면 소고기 스테이크 샐러드 추천 !

Beautiful hotel, great swimming pool and entertainment from the staff dancing around the pool side. Breakfast choice was great and tasted good. The hotel is a little further away than others, with no convenience stores or other restaurant choices in the area. The pool bar and restaurant is nice but the prices are a complete rip off. $10AUD for a bottle of San Mig, $6 for a Coke and $28 for a chicken burger is really taking the pee pee. Yes it’s a resort, but come on, stop ripping people off so much for food and drink…. This is the Philippines not Europe. I have travelled to 45 countries and not my first time in Philippines, so I feel I’m comparing fairly to other hotels.

방 컨디션도 좋고, 직원 서비스도 너무 만족 스러워요. 폼파티 까지 너무 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 조식도 종류가 많아서 정말정말 좋았어요!

Room is dusty. But overall it was a good stay!

The room (two-bedroom suite) we booked was perfect for a family of four. It was very spacious and clean. The room booking came with privileges like access to the VIP lounge which serves free drinks and snacks. However, there were some parts of the room that were not working well like one of the bidets and bathtubs. Overall, our stay with Dusit Thani was relaxing and fun.

Every thing is good except for the towels that looks filthy

The breakfast is good the beach is good but the service can be improved especially the housekeeping

커플끼리 오기좋은호텔이에요! 분위기도 정말좋아요. 밥도 세부에있는 다른 호텔들보다 맛잇더라구요. 기가막히죠

Upon arrival you think you’re in heaven. Friendly staff. Impressive entrance. Room super with amazing sea view and pool. Airco bit smelly. But at night. The Sports Bar turns into a loud karaoke drama with 6 guests of which 4 are singing 2-3 hours off-key and ruining every outdoor area in the rest central outdoor area, where btw other back background music also was playing. Sure it will not be like that every night.  Furthermore. The pool is amazing. The private beach is stunning. Nice gym and wide range of restaurants. Worth the money. 👍🏻👍🏻

朝食はバランスよく各国の食事が提供され、空席を待たなければならない状況はなく、スムーズに食事ができました。スタッフの方々の接客も気持ちのよいもので、滞在中は充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 夕方から、プールに泡が発射され、子供は大喜びでした。
