Olen ollut kotona kaksi kuukautta ja kaipaan edelleen hotellin aamiaista. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä henkilökohtainen hovimestari auttoi selittämään, mitkä huoneen kytkimet ohjaavat mitäkin toimintaa. Tilat ovat erinomaiset!!! Valitettavasti aikatauluni oli liian täynnä kylpylän kokemiseen, mutta yöpyn ehdottomasti täällä uudelleen ensi kerralla, kun olen Lantaussa!"

"The rooms are very good, they are quiet, the bathroom is large and the kitchen is very clean and equipped. It is a little far from the center of Costa Teguise and the beach, but it is a 5-minute drive. The facilities are very good and clean. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it seemed fine to me. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very good value for money. When I return again in 2 months, I will try to return, although prices vary greatly depending on the time of year."

"Its quite firmly a 4* hotel. Everything is fairly good, but wont blow you away. The buffet food is ok; the hotel room is suitable; the pool area isn't too bad (although the largest area of the pool is salt water); the snack bar need to be addressed, as the food quality is pretty bad; the drinks are pretty good and the entertainment is average. You wont have a bad time unless youre a real fusspot, but then you should be booking a 5*, so you actually have something to sink your teeth in to moan about. I'd say that this place is worth no more than £700 - £1000 per adult for a 7 nights all-inclusive stay."

"We are well travelled and stayed in lots of 5 star hotels along with 2/3 star apts. So an informed fair review we feel .. We are sat waiting to leave after 10 lovely days in a one bed apt . The apartments are what we expected , comfy firm beds, nice sheets . Great patio area and sunbeds with mattresses ! Cleaning team are efficient and friendly , however on 2 occasions they did not leave clean towels . ( they are not changed every day which is fine ) they just forgot to replace them . Kitchen area is fine and served its purpose . Bathroom good as grab rails for my husband safety . It was cold for a few days when we arrived so be prepared you have to pay for any heating or cooling as you rent the remote control . Think around 8 50 euros a day ? Check out is 12 which is good. Scooter access to room was superb . Ramps all over Would we come back ? We did say yes …however upon checking out we had to wait for a while for our airport pick up . There is one table and one chair outside in shade ( in fact at all ) I asked reception if I could take a chair from inside to sit in fresh air instead of reception area . They said no ! Said they would get one . I went back after 15 mins as none turned up .. he said he’d asked . After another 10 mins I asked again , no show , so I hunted round and got one from outside myself .. I actually felt really annoyed that they couldn’t be bothered to come tell me no chairs available to sit and wait around pool area . Well 1 ! That’s it . Unbelievable attitude and lack of caring for their guests . My husband said he felt like guests are an inconvenience ..( to reception staff ) I am very disappointed with the way the manager? (Whoever was sat in the office and couldn’t be bothered to come out when I went back twice to complain..) And point blank refused to allow us to get a chair . My husband is disabled , his scooter has gone back , we didn’t want to sit inside the dark reception area . The 2 sofas they have are soft and low and he would struggle to get on and off . Pity that the attitude of the hotel staff made us feel like this as I would recommend the place . As long as you don’t expect any warm welcome or goodbye . We stayed last year at las gaviotas which was not as accessible , not the same standard ( not 4 star ) however the staff couldn’t be more accommodating . Got a ramp so we could get the scooter inside . Annoying end to a great holiday ."

Hooks hanging off , broken shower holder , chipped paintwork I could go on .we stayed half board but the food was that terrible we ate out , poor quality not a lot of choice the breakfast was passable and the only good thing was the coffee and Prosecco and good luck if you wanted an omelette making it was hunt the chef , very poorly ran and the staff we’re miserable ,the pictures of this hotel look 4* but in reality it’s a 2* at best . The hotel is on the top of a hill in the old town which is also a dump ."
