Atlantis Las Lomas

We stayed here as a family of 4 in a promo (non refurbished) apartment over February half term. I was a bit worried before arriving due to some negative reviews but honestly, I couldn’t fault the place. A quick taxi ride from the airport and we arrived, were given all relevant info and checked in within a few minutes. Our first floor apartment was just past reception overlooking the main pool, although dated it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so much but the kids didn’t complain. Balcony was an excellent size and got the sun pretty much all day, there was also a good sized clothes rack. Maids came most days and did a decent clean and changed towels when needed. Although no air con, we didn’t miss it, might not be the same in the summer. Sunbeds become available at 10am and are plentiful. We never struggled to get some and the pool area was kept immaculately clean. The onsite pool bar was good value and the food was cooked fresh and was tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. There is also a shop across the road which is perfect to stock up on drinks and snacks etc. There is no kids club or entertainment but that didn’t bother us, was actually quite nice without it. The best thing for me about these apartments is the location, slap bang in the middle of the strip and old town, everything within walking distance. Although people talk about cardiac hill there are so many ways to avoid this and taxis are also very reasonable. All in all we had a great stay and have enquired about returning later in the year as we absolutely loved the resort.

Rooms very dated,wifi you have to pay for and didnt work, safe you have to pay for and very old and temperamental,tv had a mind of its own only worked sometimes and no hot water in mornings ,pool bar food good and cheap,and staff nice ,hotel up a little hill which was short and no bother for us . Pool freezing cold and no one went in it .

Stayed here with 7 friends for 3 nights, rooms were clean and tidy, very comfortable beds. The bar was good, 2.50 euro a pint and 2 for 1 on happy hour. This is everything you would expect of a 2 star ⭐⭐ apartment. Location is good and near everything. I agree with other reviews though, not ideal for families with young children. Would I stay again, yes but only if with adults. All the staff were friendly.
