Accueil excellent, propreté à "tous les étages" chambre bien sûr, mais aussi les piscines et leurs abords, les extérieurs tres fleuris. Nous voulons insister sur la courtoisie, la gentillesse, les sourires,et l efficacité de tout le personnel que ce soit à l accueil, aux restaurants, aux bars, du ménage, de l entretien des extérieurs...merci à tous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons particulierement remarqué que handicapés ou accompagnés de tres jeunes enfants leur accueil est remarquable

Fab hotel . well kept gardens , modern gym and 2 large pool areas. Food is decent , same as every Spanish all inclusive.. various salads and meats and rice . English and continental breakfast.. coffee and juice machines. Entertainment at night was good doesn’t start until 930pm it’s on an area that does not affect the accommodation so that is a massive bonus I would say this is a four star hotel for the canaries … only downside a 4pm check in .. we had to wait a short while not ideal after a long flight

An honest opinion of this resort after a short break with the family. First impression: very clean, lots of outside space, well kept garden areas Room: we had 1202 in Block 1. We paid for a family suite which had 2 bedrooms and a balcony with sun loungers on. I had emailed in advance asking not to have a large wrap around balcony as I had seen on Facebook that these were on the end, sometimes near reception. I also said I'd prefer not to be on the ground floor, but was only told when I complained, that all 1st floor rooms were on the end. Had I known this, I would have happily had a ground floor. We found out when we couldn't cool the room down that air-conditioning isn't switched on until May. I had read it was seasonal and maybe should have asked but expected it to be something like Nov-March. Our room was 24 degrees on average each night. The bath wasn't worth having either. A slow trickle was all we had... Noise: the reason for my lower review. Having the wrong location makes it a completely different holiday. Yes, the room was lovely. We paid extra to guarantee that. The location was on the end, right next to the back of the kitchens. Without exaggerating, we were woken up each morning, usually from 6.30- 7am. It was either delivery lorries or bin waggons. Beeping, banging, staff shouting above the noise to each other. This was continuous every morning until approx 9am with one van after another. Food: Average. We have done all inclusive before so we are used to the monotony and that didn't bother us. However, the choice was limited most days with little variety and not as good as we expected. Having said that, the staff were efficient, worked hard and cleared tables etc to keep things turned around. The option of snacks during the day was limited but ok. Staff: bar staff in the pool bar were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were cleaned every day (although the floor wasn't so it was pretty dirty by the time we left ). The animation team as always , worked hard to offer something for everyone without pushing too much. Overall: we enjoyed our week as we pay too much to let situations ruin valuable time away.. Would we go back? Probably not as I think we fell lucky going out of season so it wasn't as busy. The pool was absolutely freezing too, so a quick dip was just about all we could do !

Très bon emplacement. malgré un nombre de chambres très important l'établissement reste très calme très propre et accueillant esthétiquement. Piscines nombreuses belles mais pas chauffées . Réception et animations sur place impeccables

Cheap and cheerful Clean, food is basic and repetitive but not bad. Air conditioning wasn't available when temperatures were reaching 25 degrees during the day which was uncomfortable.

We arrived in the hotel to be met by a very friendly staff at the reception. We then went to our lovely spacious room with a balcony and a view of the swimming pool. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless and cleaned daily. The food was of a very good standard and the staff went out of the way to provide gluten-free meals for my wife daily. The staff and the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and courteous. One nice feature where the lovely cocktails provided by the animation team on a daily basis while lying at the lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Overall a very happy holiday made all the better by the wonderful friendly staff at reception and in the restaurants.
