This three bedroom house is located minutes to shopping, restaurants, the train station, and Philadelphia! If you are traveling for work, there is a quiet dedicated workspace and high speed internet! Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is about one mile away. The Merck facility is about 10 minutes from the house. You will have privacy and comfort in this cozy and well-equipped home. Don’t let the age of the home fool you as it was fully renovated in 2022. All of the modern conveniences are provided, but the charm of this craftsman home remains. Hpuse was well spupplied with cooking utensils, writing instruments, phone chargers, shampoo, body gel, dishwashing detergent, iron & ironing board, TV, and comfortable fortuniture...plenty of seating in livng room dining room, and kitchen. Good workspace in kitchen.
Good size kitchen for cooking although we did not do any oooking. Could have had washer and dryer - a convenience. Owner responded to requests immediately....we needed to add two nights prior to our initial check-in date and the website said that the Cottage was soold out. I contacted the owner and ws able to get one extra night added on ASAP. Worth a return visit for three or more persons.

Great home in Lansdale!
This is a great place to stay in Lansdale. Home was very clean and had plenty of room for several people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was big with many new furnishings throughout the home. We had a few family members in the area come over for dinner and they loved the place. Its accessible to anything we needed from grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Lansdale ,and, the surrounding Philadelphia area. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend Cottage on Main!

Close to every where
Cozy, cute cottage. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location, which was close to both city and to King of Prussia Mall. Owner was responsive to requests as well. Thank you!!!

Perfect for our Family
Our family of 5 enjoyed our four-night stay at this cottage
from 10-24 to 10-28-2024. Members of our family were from SC and Ga. We enjoyed much of the surrounding areas and towns. Thank you to our host, Lori, we extended to us ease and comfort with the booking, and all the necessary communication.

Cottage on Main Lansdale
Property was updated, clean, and well appointed. Very cute atmosphere and decor. Property manager was easy to communicate with and attentive. Great place to stay and great location, close to groceries and restaurants.

Uncomfortable stay due to smoke odor and thermostat issue
When we walked in the door, we were immediately met with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I suspect this was left by a recent guest, as other reviewers would likely have mentioned it otherwise. The host did offer to send the cleaners back, which was appreciated, but given our two-night stay, we didn’t see much point—especially since the smell was pervasive.
Upon returning to the house late in the evening, we were shocked to find that the thermostat had been reset to 85 degrees. This made the upstairs bedrooms unbearably warm, and it took hours for the temperature to cool down enough for my kids to sleep comfortably.
This property has a lot of potential, but these two issues significantly impacted our experience. Hopefully, the host can address the smoke odor and thermostat settings to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
