"第二次來郎溪。可以説這是郎溪酒店天花板也不為過！性價比直接拉滿！我特意選的新開業不久的酒店，硬件設施很完善。房間超大，停車場超大。早餐很豐富，餐廳也夠大，高峯時段也不會太擁擠。最有特色的淋浴間吸頂音箱，讓我眼前一亮，這不就是我夢寐以求的個人洗澡演唱會嘛！以後再來郎溪玩就選這家沒錯了！"

"新裝修的，房間還可以。但是隔音有點差，晚上隔壁開關燈按開關的聲音都特別明顯，還能聽見隔壁講話聲。
朝馬路的房間剛好是對着減速帶，大晚上的也吵的要死，房間也有些味道。"

"Very good experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was great, big and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and was different each day. Location was close enough to where we needed to go. Will definitely stay at Narada hotels in the future."

"酒店整體服務意識與管理水平嚴重不足。
第一，前台在辦理入住時，前台服務人員主動提出要升級房型，卻要求先預付50元的費用，待退房好評後再返還，用50元來捆綁顧客給好評，吃相太難看，旅遊淡季時酒店免費升級房型本就是常態，況且並非是我主動要求升級的，這種營銷式捆綁既不真誠，也讓人極度反感。
第二，早上6點多就出現各種類似拖拽桌椅板凳的噪音，是持續性的，又這麼早，我住的又是邊户，所以大概率不是入住顧客發出的聲音，導致不到7點就被吵醒了
第三，房間衞生細節堪憂，我所預訂的房間是兩室，小客廳有兩張尺寸高低不一的茶几，為了打牌，搬開後，茶几和沙發下方藏有大量垃圾未清理，枕套沒有摺痕，隱約有黑色絨毛，感覺不像新換的（不確定）
第四，房間飲水機出水量極少，也沒有燒水壺，想泡個茶都費勁。
整體感受：前台衹談錢、不講服務，衞生管理敷衍，體驗感極差。希望酒店正視問題，不要再用這種套路對待客人，真正提升服務與管理。"

"環境：一進二樓陽台後面是一片茶山，還有人在摘茶葉，微風吹着特別舒服，沒事時候出去可以看到小羊小狗，雞鴨鵝，對於久居城市的人們來説可興奮了
服務：老闆為人和善，服務員們也特別好，而且他們家的菜太實在了，尤其早上的麪條🍝那麼大一碗，下次老闆看到女孩子可以少點，哈哈，點的菜沒有踩雷的，真的好吃😋
