THIS IS MY 2ND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND I WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN. THE LOCATION IS STRATEGIC AND SURROUNDED BY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING MALLS.

訂這裏？祝你好運！怎一個差字了得。免費也不來住了。蟲+蟻+臟，衹收錢，無管理。可惜了地理位置，遺憾！

It very nice place to stay and the place so clean and services is very good.

Very nice standard room,got mini fridge to keep the chocolate.just the Aircon quite old Service is good when asking for iron and change coins for laundry Location just beside warisan free-duty and chenang mall.just 5 minutes walking to chenang beach.

Рекомендую этот отель. Все понравилось - и расположение, и обслуживание, и условия проживания. Находится совсем рядом со всей движухой, но из-за расположения немного вглубь нет шума. Пляж - рукой подать. Мест, где можно поесть рядом, огромное количество. Постирочная рядом с ресепшен. Магазины в шаговой доступности. Убирают каждый день, смена полотенец тоже каждый день. У входа в номер есть кресла и столик, где можно посидеть в тишине. В ванной комнате есть жидкое мыло и туалетная бумага. В номере ставят воду, есть раковина и небольшая столешница, но условий для готовки нет. На территории есть бассейн, но им не пользовались - там нет лежаков, да и море под боком) Сейф для хранения ценностей на ресепшен. Единственный минус, ООООчень старые постельные принадлежности, в том числе и подушки с одеялами....можно было бы заменить. С удовольствием вернулись бы в этот отель.

We are a family of five. Staying in Family B "Deluxe Private Pool". Two clean spacious rooms each with two double beds and a nice little private pool. Very central location just across the street from the front row on the beach. The safety box in the room was out of order but I got a locker behind the receptions front desk. When that is said, I have to add something negative too. After the first cleaning of the pool, we received a massage about a broken pool filter and the hotel will charge me 100 MYR for it. Thing is, it was like this when we arrived and it wasn’t broken just loose. We explained this but the hotel management still insisted to charge us for it. A little ridiculous considering the we have spent 4100 MYR on 8 nights. That episode cost one point in the score.

This property was so fun for me and my friends to have a couple days away. Very close to food options, the beach, and different stores. The only thing is the doors don’t latch super well so mosquitos would get into the room but not anything terrible

Clean and well maintained. Located right in the middle of Cenang Beach. Easy access to food and stores

Poor value for money Very basic room. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the bed springs were barely covered. Pillows were incredibly hard. Towels very thin ... Building works during the day and pool was very run down. Extremely poor value for money. On a positive note, the location is great.

Hyvällä paikalla oleva kunnostusta kaipaava resort Hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä Cenangin rantaa, ravintoloita ja kauppoja, mutta silti rauhallisella paikalla oleva hotelli. Wifi oli aika huono, tv pieni ja huonekalut rikkinäisiä ja siivouksessa oli parantamisen varaa. Pyykinpesukone oli plussaa. Pieni uima-allas oli ihan hyvä, mutta allassääntöjä ei valvottu ja meno altaalla oli välillä aika hurjaa. Ja näyttää olevan maan tapa ettei käytetä uima-asuja vaan uidaaan tavallisilla vaatteilla.

Not the best place. Look elsewhere. Positive: Location - very central, so close to beach and restaurants. Fresh towels daily. Washing machine. Negative: Needs an upgrade. Cleaned everyday, but so dirty under sofa and in bedrooms. The sponge for dishes was so old. Shower in one bathroom didn't work. Both toilet seats were broken. No cutlery or glasses (had cups and plates) Kitchenette but no cooking utensils, no toaster etc. TV was super old with basically no channels or connection to Netflix etc. WiFi was terrible

It was terrible, there were ants everywhere and when we told the reception they told us that they couldn’t change rooms unless we paid 400RM extra. They sent someone to use ant spray and made the room smell of ant fumes, we had to check out and book another hotel. The bathroom also had a ton of ants, and the shower head was mouldy. It didn’t look like they had cleaned the room before we used it, there was still hair and sand everywhere.
