The location of We Hotel Langkawi is excellent. It is near many good dining spots, duty free shops and just in front of Maha Tower with a good sea view nearby. Purely from my recent personal experience, the service quality is acceptable if you are not too fussy. It is decent enough for a budget stay in Kuah Town without burning your pockets. However, bear in mind that you have to bring along your own tooth paste, shampoo, tooth brush and/or hair dryer as the hotel does not provide such toiletries for you. Occasionally, if you are "lucky" enough, you may also spot some baby cockroaches in the bathroom or near your bed. Hotel has to carry out pest control measures to eliminate this problem so as to improve the level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Good for 1 night stay.

No shampoo, only soap. The washroom basin is also a bit clogged. Outside the washroom, there are mosaic tiles that are somewhat slippery and dangerous. My kids fell due to the wet floor when we came out of the washroom. And no fridge.

Очень ужасное состояние отеля, весь прокуренный, грязно, запах ужасный. Мы забронировали номер категории делюкс, по приезду нам предоставили ужасный другой номер стандарт,на вопрос почему нам дают стандартный номер, ответили якобы наш номер занят. Тогда Зачем бронировать заранее если номера у них по наличию выдают. После долгих споров, мы попросили вернуть нам деньги, так как мы не могли остаться в прокуренном номере ведь у нас маленький ребенок, но нам так и не вернули. Так , что подумайте прежде чем бронировать этот отель

Service is excellent... asked when checking in about motorbike rentals and they have the contact right on their fingertips. Check-in was efficient and clear too. So was check-out. Room wise could be better... there were packets of instant coffee and cups... but no kettle... how to make?? haha. Facilities is pretty basic but ok for short stay. Overall pretty value for money.... Old Town Coffee downstairs, and more eateries across the road. Maha Tower behind the hotel as well. Night Bazar there. If you can walk further (20-30mins), there are good seafood restaurants too. Also walkable to Eagle Square. Else, best to get your own transport or Grab to other parts of Langkawi.
