Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah arvostelua

We had a 2 nights stay at Aloft on sea view room. We had bad experience on found the yellow stain on the linen in our room. We complaint to the manager on duty. He compensated us with a rm 50 voucher and changed a new room for us next day. But unfortunately, the new room is even worst. The balcony glass door cannot locked, the linen and even the quilt are found with yellow stain. We called to reception and get the manager on duty to get into our room to check on it. The manager on duty tried to change a new room for us but we have to wait for half an hour for the room readiness. That time was almost midnight. We were back from outdoor activities and yet to take shower. End up, the manager on duty managed to fix the balcony glass door and changed a new linen set for us together with the housekeeping staff. The manager on duty was apologised to us on the bad experience we had and extend late check out for us. Besides, we were being offered Marriott member points but until now i still yet to receive the points. I hope there will be improvement on the cleanliness of the linen after we reported this issue.
