Для начала : это отель заявляет 5 звёзд! Был снят номер Suite
Мы (пара 40+) приехали на такси из другого отеля. Швейцар просто подержал открытой дверь на входе, ни коим образом не помог нам с чемоданами. На ресепшене почему-то взяли депозит не с номера, а с человека (не 300, а 600 ринггит). Про правила отеля рассказали достаточно бегло: время завтрака, где ресторан, бассейн, спортзал. Ни про дорогу к морю, ни про полотенца пляжные (где получать), ни про места для курения - ни слова не было сказано. Есть краткое обзорное знакомство на английском языке на тв-канале в номере, но не более того. Ни одной памятки со штрафами, с возможностями заказать экскурсии, трансферы, спецобслуживание в самом номере практически нет. Хотя мы с удовольствием бы ознакомились, уточнили многие нюансы через переводчик в телефоне. Мы понимаем английский, но здесь таким постояльцам не рады, более заточены под китайских туристов. По итогу просто подписали кучу бумажек, взяли свои чемоданы и пошли искать лифт. Т.е. в 5* вас даже не проводят до номера. Деньги взяли, а дальше сами.
На балконе очень сильный ветер, хотя небольшая надстройка балконной стены вполне сделала бы более приятными встречи закатов с видом на великолепный залив. Соответственно, высушить купальник и полотенце достаточно сложно. Я не сторонник сдавать пляжное полотенце каждый день, ведь вся мировая туриндустрия ратует за сохранение природы, минимизируя использование стирального порошка, мы бы сушили полотенца, использовали несколько раз, но сушилки просто нет.
Непонятный огромный коридор при входе номер, без банкетки для комфортного обувания, без шкафа.
Номер площадью никак не заявленные 99 квадратов, максимум 85.
Звукоизоляция номера со стороны входной двери оставляет желать лучшего.
Сервировка на завтраке: за полчаса до окончания перестают следить на наличием приборов на столах. Яичницу делать не умеют, желтки растекаются, при этом остаются сопли белковые. По наполнению больше похоже на завтрак для китайцев.
Место для курения как бы есть, но оно при входе в отель квадратик 1,5 метра. При этом таблички о запрете нет, пепельниц на балконе нет.
Швы в душе жёлтые в плесени, душ сзади протекает. Как же убираются в номере, если уборщик этого не видит, и не может сообщить о поломке руководству? Дел на 3 минуты по цене копеечной прокладки. Полы не моют (в туалете лежал женский тёмный волос ещё при заезде. Наблюдали за ним, не исчез).
Самые радушные люди - на стойке выдачи полотенец, и охрана, открывающая дверь в отель :)
Так же отдельно хотелось бы обратить внимание на полное отсутствие своей пляжной зоны. Отельный трансфер доставит вас к маленькому кусочку пляжа возле вытекающей речки, дно неприятное грязное илистое. На берегу за неадекватные деньги можно взять лежаки. По всем отзывам с кухней в варунгах на этой части пляжа беда с качеством еды, и они все халяльные, т.е. алкоголя там нет совсем. В этом плане выручил соседний отель. Там есть вариант и взять лежаки за вменяемый ценник, и заказать коктейль или пиво в пляжном баре.
Осталось ощущение от хорошей 3*, но с элементами закоса под 5*.
Самый главный плюс - невероятные виды на море и горы.

1. Water heater is not heated up, mechanical respond is fast. Aircon is not will function
2. Bed frame is not stable and the sound insulation is bad. You can heard people walking at corridor
3. Front desks is not helpful , only 1 of them ( I think the name is yana/ liya) giving the good service.
4. Roof top bar is very good and friendly staff. Amenity at roof top also well maintain
