Kasbah Igoudar Boutique Hotel and Spa

After a long flight, we arrived to Marrakesh expecting our transfer to be waiting for us but no we have to wait over an hour .we paid £49 each for a private transfer. The conditions of the van was disgusting, seats were dirt. When we got to the hotel we realized that our hotel is the only hotel in the area from the hotel. You have to walk 20 minutes to the main Street.There nothing to do, no shops, bars, shopping center, if you want to go to Marrakesh, just bear in mind from the hotel is 58 minutes by public transport and you have to come back before 5:00. evening Otherwise, taxis are very expensive. This made my experience not so great. I would not go there again and I wouldn't recommend it. At the hotel restaurant The waiter serving us hardly could speak English. It was hard for us to order, next morning trying to speak to the lady who does the massage. She couldn't speak a word of English. The only person who could speak English were the man in the receptionist which we only saw him twice. And the excursions are very expensive at the hotel. They basically charges us double than what we paid at a website called. Get your guide.for example for two people that wanted to charge us £180 and we paid £35 on get your guide. Bear in mind when you get there they will charge you a room fee for the numbers of night that you're staying at the hotel. Breakfast was horrible. We was basically eating the same thing everyday.

completely wrong description. its a terrible place . its not in Marrakech. I have no clue as how few people are describing it as good place - its in a town called Amizzmiz --its clearly 3 star resort - 1 hour drive from Marrakech. horrible place in short .
