We have a great week at the suburb retreat. The location was great for our stay, the home was as pictured and the owner very responsive. We really liked the game room in the basement

Nice place We stayed at this property for a family reunion. The property was nice, but definitely needed some help in a few areas. There seemed to be a lack of towels and dish rags. It was clean, but definitely could have been cleaner as well as the outside deck area. The beds were quite comfortable and the house overall served our needs well. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck with the fire pit and watching the lightening bugs. It is a beautiful neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responded to my messages always in a timely manner. I do highly recommend it.

Spacious place next to a lake My party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time on the deck which was pretty spacious. The propane grill was big and under a shelter. The game room with ping pong was a plus. Drew was communicative and flexible with our checkin and check out times.

Slob Haven! This property is listed as "Pond Haven", but should be renamed "Slob Haven".The host lives in the house and "cleans" it himself. His food is in the refrigerator and only leaves you about 20% of the space for your own food in filth. The utility sink looked like dried blood was left in it and the kitchen sink had dried food chunks with slime.Cushions on furniture, inside and out, were all tilted in odd diretions and stove/oven was a nightmare! Pictures are attached to justify my comments. I asked for a full refund, but no accomodation for any refund was offered. I have reported him to VRBO.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
