The 18" deep Baja shelf next to the 8'x8' spa is perfect for that 'chilled' sun exposure, while enjoying the peaceful waterfall sounds. (no parties please)
Enjoy the amazing backyard with new landscaping and privacy features providing spectacular lake and city views with outdoor living at its finest. Take pleasure in the infinity edge pool, hot tub, Baja shelf and waterfall. Huge outdoor Bbq area, next to kitchen with lots of seating with panoramic lake, mountain, and city views. Pool/spa heating may be added for an Extra Fee Per Day of stay when requested at time of booking for scheduled heating.
Please note that the house sleeping arrangements are only set up for 8 adults max and up to 5 children age 16 or younger. Minimum rental age is 28. Bookings not following these guidelines may be cancelled.
