The looks of the room is the same as in the website. The room is so clean and smells so good. And the service is amazing. They let us checked in early as long as the room is available. Everyone is so kind. And the breakfast is very delicious. Will definitely go back again.

Outstanding staff. Each staff member seemed to anticipate what might be pleasing to you and proposed just the right thing: Morning coffee placed outside your door before breakfast in the dining room, putting together tables for us and the couple we were traveling with... The breakfast was excellent and presented beautifully with smiles. The lake first thing in the morning was misty and lovely.

I mean... what's not to love? Ok, the driveway is very steep and scary. That's it. Now for the good. We stayed in the Mountain View Room, which was the top floor of the annex and came with a covered parking spot and a private balcony. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. So decadent and delicious, and the option to have it delivered to your room every morning was so appreciated. Freshly brewed coffee brought to the room every morning, with cream. Fresh baked cookies, coffee, and beverages available all day and night in the lobby. The bed was better than home, softest sheets ever. The carpet, wallpaper, draperies, bathroom, decor, etc. were all beautiful and luxurious. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. Everything was SO clean; it felt brand new. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap all noteworthy. I'm not kidding! I purchased a full-sized lotion when we left b/c I kept drowning myself in it every night. lol The view, along with the water features offering a most peaceful setting to finish a book or just zone out and relax the mind, were the best part. We loved sitting on our balcony, but also in the lounge chairs right by the water, also the bench near the lake (more in the shade), and the comfy club chairs with ottomans. We did a lot of resting. :) The staff are so polite and there for whatever you may need. Loved the canvas bag for towels. You just leave by the door and when you come back, voila! fresh towels. Housekeeping is available to schedule, but we never needed it, since it was so easy to get towels. Loved the ability to ask questions of the front desk through the tablet in the room. Ordered 2 salads one night and they were huge and SO good. It really was such a fantastic place, and we will miss being there. We'll be back one day!

This is the best place to stay in Hot Springs. They have many guests, but they make you feel like you're the only one there. The food was awesome and if you didn't like what was on the menu that morning, they accommodated you with what you wanted. The staff was always very attentive to the needs of the people. Did I tell you about the grounds well you just need to come and see how beautiful the place is.

I normally wait until after we leave somewhere to write a full review, but this place is just too perfect to wait. For starters, the location. It’s off a main road, but sits in a perfect location for it to be absolutely quiet. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. They ensured all of our questions were answered. Once we got checked in and got to our room (don’t forget about the complimentary cookies on the way up) we immediately felt at home. The room isn’t your typical cookie cutter hotel room. This room was designed with individuality and care. Breakfast was amazing. My husband, who likes all food, said that the breakfast was easily the best meal he has had. We sat outside for a while and relaxed and just listened to the sound of the water. We ordered a dinner on site. We decided to sit outside and Robin from the front desk went to set us up and looked at the view from both tables to make sure we had the best view. We shared the meatballs, I had a Bloody Mary and the chicken quesadillas, and my husband had a Moscow mule and Korean street tacos. Everything was so good. We will definitely be returning. Our 3rd visit and another verification of why we keep coming back. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and superior rooms. We are already looking for dates for our 4th visit. There are no "bad" rooms and I highly recommend making sure you have set aside time to just enjoy the view!
