這家酒店非常好，離MK最近，酒店二層直接可以乘坐小火車一站就到MK，晚上從MK出來乘坐火車的人特別特別特別多，這時候就可以到2號碼頭乘坐遊船回酒店。來奧蘭多迪士尼全程衹需要住一家酒店就好，完全不用換酒店（別問我是怎麼知道的）。這家酒店有遊船、火車、巴士可選擇，還可以用UBER，很方便的。 酒店房間很大，衞生很好，有手持花灑，不是那種掛牆式摘不下來的，也方便。 酒店餐廳21:00準時關門，我們回來晚了，晚飯沒吃成，啃了半袋餅乾，想回酒店吃晚餐的話，要安排好時間。

This used to be a well managed and magical hotel but our last trip has seen a noticeable decline in service standards. Renovations are having a major impact on guest experience - this isn’t minor stuff so don’t think it is.!!! Work is loud, inconvenient to guests (elevators out of operation causing long delays to get between floors) whilst work is going on in the hotel at obscene times (on more than one occasion waking family members). Experience was summarised by the nearly one hour wait for cases to be collected from the room today. When escalated to the bell hop manager, Lauren - who gave the impression she couldn’t have cared less - I was told that this kind of wait “was not unusual” and “normal”. I can certainly confirm whilst it might now be normal for the Grand Floridian it certainly isn’t for genuine service- led hotel chains like the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. It is only for the fact today is our last day and I’d already missed out on a timely hour of the park with the family that stopped me escalating to senior management. As long-time visitors to Disney over the last two decades it is sad to have seen standards drop so much. There are some experienced Disney staff - such as Sergio in the cafe and the club level concierge team - who are still fighting the Disney experience fight but I fear they are becoming outnumbered……..

I stay at the "Grand" a lot. It is always a great stay. I am also a DVC member. I find that the hotel sections of the DVC resorts are better maintained than the villas. Everything in the hotel section is impeccable but, in the villas, - meh................ Our room was very clean as they always are, the carpet seemed quite worn in the hallways and kind of dingy - not bad but as mentioned not up to the hotel side standards. We had a lovely view and watched the water parade from our balcony. I requested 1st floor - got 4th floor - not a big deal. I love the GF and will be back. The quick service is the best one on property bar none. Transportation is good but with the lobby refurbishment, one elevator is down and there are only 3 total regardless to get up to the 2nd floor where the monorail access is. Once the construction is completed, there will be 3 elevators again and that should help a little with the lineup at the elevators.

the hotel is awesome and offers lots of good things like a Disney monorails and a boat in walking distance from Magic Kingdom bad thing is this is the most expensive hotel at Disney World rooms has been refurbished and they're way better than the other rooms

The iconic and timeless Victorian-style Grand Floridian Resort & Spa takes pride of place moments from the Magic Kingdom and on the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon. It's a beautiful, sedate and stunning home-from-home. With arguably some of the most fantastic views of Happily Ever After, and an elegant, relaxing theme, this really is a beautiful place to stay when visiting Walt Disney World. Arrival: We arrived as a resort-transfer guest from the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, the resort next door, after a rather bad experience, so our hopes were high for our final night in the USA. We arrived at the vehicle entrance and presented our Magic Band, but unfortunately it would not work (we'd shortly find out why at check in). Security waved us in after a quick name check, and we made our way to find a car parking space, of which there was plenty available. Much the same as at the Polynesian, Bell Services were ready to greet us as we exited our vehicle in front of the building entrance. They assisted us in lifting our luggage out of the boot (trunk) and onto a trolley. We were directed inside where we were greeted with a Cast Member to complete the check in process and, again, unfortunately our resort transfer had not yet been completed. It took a few minutes for the Cast Member to make a call and locate our booking, but once she had, the process was effortless. Just the addition of a credit card, a scan of a Magic Band and issue of a room key & map and we were on our way. We headed outside to give Bell Services our room number, and they informed us our luggage would be sent to the room shortly. Next we walked the shot distance to the car to park it before heading to the room on foot. Resort: The Grand Floridian is nothing short of stunning. It has an elegant, fresh and clean charm, and always (in my experience) a much calmer, sedate feel to it. Whilst there are children present, it definitely feels a much more adult space, which makes for a nice change from the rest of Disney World. With fountains, flowers and open greenery, with the most fantastic lake views, it's an incredibly relaxed resort to explore on those baking hot Floridian afternoons. The main atrium, at time of our visit, was under renovations, so the left hand side is, sadly, surrounded by a rather unsightly construction wall. It almost perfectly cuts through the middle of the open lobby space - a large, open, multi story central hub for the resort. With an ornate glass and metal elevator and the most wonderful piano music being played live by a Cast Member, in addition to that signature scent, this really does feel premium when you enter. Resort Studio - Theme Park View: We'd booked a Resort Studio - Theme Park View - as mentioned, this was a reservation transfer from the Island Tower due to our unsatisfactory experience the night before, so this was all handled by the Guest Experience Manager on the ground.
