The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great. We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!

Hilton looks a bit old and other than that is okkkk in general I’ll rate it a 7/10

Nothing great about this hotel. Not very clean. Some staff really nice and some quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First room smelt and was damp and wet I had concerns about mould. So cold no option to turn the AC off it kept turning on. Mediocre stay overall wouldn't stay again.

Disney Springs is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river are very well designed. The kiddie pool is perfect for children ages 0-5, and parents can sit back and relax while watching their kids play. The staff at the breakfast buffet was great and even asked us if we wanted a cup of coffee to go and she actually made us two new coffees for us to take away. We stayed in a fireworks viewing room, and we could see two different fireworks shows far away from our room every night from 9:00-10:00. The room was not very spacious, the interior was a bit dated and we had to put a towel in the slippery tub to prevent my child from falling.

被航司取消航班碰巧又是當地長週末，很難找酒店，在此酒店臨時住一宿，但可吐槽點太多，房間細節很不到位，洗手間更加差評！有視頻為證

千萬不要不要不要選這間酒店！ 1. 房間：説是煙花房，其實是窗户對着停車場，煙花如圖，是遙遠的那個小亮點。房間緊鄰電梯和製冰司機，非常吵鬧。 2. 偷偷扣掉300美元！原本定了兩個晚上。但是因為太吵接，酒店説沒有房間可以換，如果想退掉一晚需要和攜程聯繫。攜程聯絡以後説可以提前一晚退房。結果我收到信用卡扣款通知。酒店前台説，啊，賬單弄錯了，會退回。但是居然沒有道歉…攜程後來説酒店反饋是扣的第二天房費。

各方面都挺好的！

你很難想象每晚超過500美元房間是這樣的設施，這樣的房景？望眼出去前面是一個垃圾箱點，邊上是大馬路炒的很。設施也很一般。攜程完全沒有保護中國消費者，衹是想着如何賺錢。將來果斷放棄這個平台了。

Incompetent… valet good people and service, front desk incompetent

非常爛的酒店，除了有shutter bus 去Disney以外，酒店客房服務簡直糟糕透頂，打電話去直接給你蓋掉不然就是沒有人接，早上出門到下午四點回酒店房間還沒有清理，check in 的工作人員竟然還説錯房間的位置.問了幾個工作人員都不知道🤷♀️

A hotel that doesn’t feel very good, with 2 booking names, I don’t know if it’s trip.com or the reservation department directly changed the name to another name. I don't think the front desk staff of hotels in tourist areas are professional enough. The room is not clean, there is grass on the bed, I don't know if it has been cleaned. The next morning, I told him that the bed was not clean, and the trunk bracket was broken, and he hadn't dealt with it at all when he returned to the hotel at night.
