I was booked-in for two weeks in the beginning of January. The hotel sent a hotel car, but without telling me in advance then insisted on charging me 3,000 Rupees for what was a 10-min drive. The room on arrival had no heating and no hot water. These deficiencies are enough for what was the depths of winder in Lahore ! I was also not given a non--smoking room, an inconvenience to which I managed to adjust. But them half way through my stay the front desk insisted that I now clear my debt, and that I do so in rupees, amounting to tens -of-thousands, as "our electronic machine is not working", which was a blatant lie. Mr Dewar, the Manager, is a nice and a sincere man who tried to do his best, but the hotel in reality caters only for the local population , and has little understanding of what a proper service for essential needs, should look like. I left half -way through my Stay.
