The stay was pleasant with good service. Rooms were clean and neat, though not luxurious, which is expected for such a location. The hotel staff was helpful, contributing to an overall nice experience.

Food was mostly north indian but very good, travel groups got better service than us, clean rooms, good for a night stopover

Room was clean and washroom was good. Washroom had geyser and hot water was ample. Hotel is easily locatable and staff is polite and helpful. Food was nice.

As per jispa standard hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean, bathroom was clean with gyser, food quality was very good and staff was very nice. Location and car parking is also good

1. Location - ultimate massive mountain and river view
2. Food - delicious buffet dinner and breakfast with several options. Yum yum snacks( must try - chilly potato )
3. Staff - helpful, generous and courteous

The hotel is situated at nice location, but not well maintained. House keeping was not good. Nothing available for tea/coffee in the room. Limited options for breakfast. Condition of the washroom was very bad.
