This new house is equipped with a stove and refrigerator and includes dinnerware, glasses, and utensils, along with a blender, crockpot, and can opener for cooking meals at home. Come ready to play and relax. Includes beach towels, a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and various beach toys. Nearby attractions include Frank Brown Park, the historic 30A highway, Pier Park, and many restaurants. The home is equipped with a Fire Extinguisher under the kitchen sink and First Aid kit located in the pantry and smoke detectors throughout. High Speed Internet The garage is not accessible.
