酒店整體非常氣派，前台的環境非常好。房間內環境一般整體家居裝修偏舊。空調噪音很大，洗澡熱水時間很短，Wi-Fi信號不錯。

1.前台服務:極差，非常傲慢，對中國人不友好； 2.房間很舊，無拖鞋，牙刷等用品無，標間的浴巾只有一條，洗臉毛巾沒有，地巾比腳板大不了多少； 3.早餐:極差且品種極少（4個菜）且都是西餐。 強烈不建議定這種酒店！

網上美金的房價，酒店不用官方兑換率轉為奈拉，貴了將近30% 所以網上的房價不可信

Don’t be fooled by this hotel. I’ve stayed at Oriental Hotels all over the world and thought this would also be great but…… The hotel is in a great location. In the middle of Victoria island but the rooms are extremely dirty. Especially the bathroom it has stains everywhere even dust everywhere. The beds are old and the duvets need to be replaced as soon as possible. The hotel staff are very rude especially the reception ladies. I didn’t feel like I was at a great hotel considering it cost $189 . I had a horrible experience I had to change hotels.

This was the nicest hotel and the staff was super friendly and professional. Outside dining area is breathtaking.

The environment is great. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only negatives for me are, the air conditioning at times does not cool sufficiently enough, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool beverages sufficiently enough.

Rubbish hotel i have ever been, from getting out of the car to the front desk, useless staff not welcoming. Front desk rubbish, the receptionist with name tag Afam, the guy was too rude and arrogant. I came out of the lift to 11th floor and trip bags of rubbish dumped by the lift late evening. My room was dirty and left the way the last guest left with full bin, bed not made water on the floor in the bathroom. When we complained at the reception desk. I was told I was lying. I had to stand my ground before he agreed for my bed to be clean. The hotel should be 2 star not 5.

It’d be faster to list what actually worked… Very poor condition hotel. Air conditioner in room was barely functional, no better than a tower fan blowing warm air around. Dry cleaning machine was broken, and was told its take 3+ days to get my suit back. In room phones did not work for the duration of stay, making ordering of room service impossible. Internet was spotty, and slow, if it worked at all. The only eatery open past 10 within walking distance was the pool bar, but they had a live music band playing till midnight at maximum, headache inducing, volume. Staff were nice, and helpful, no doubt - but that’s the only redeeming quality of the whole stay.
