Les Sources – a private lakeside escape in the heart of Southwest France Tucked away among rolling hills and ancient woodlands lies Les Sources: a former trout farm turned peaceful holiday haven. Set on 9 hectares of private land, with a sparkling lake nearly 5 hectares in size and two homes right on the water’s edge, this is the kind of place where time slows down.
The main house is spacious and full of character, with a large kitchen, cosy living area, multiple bedrooms, and sun-drenched terraces—always with that tranquil view of the lake close by.
Just a few steps away, the guesthouse offers two double bedrooms, a simple kitchen, and its own bathroom. A washer and dryer are available for all guests.
The property is always rented privately—just for your group. If you're coming with 8 or more, the guesthouse is included for an extra €200.
Want to explore the surroundings? You'll find a local bakery and pub just 2 km away, with charming medieval villages, castles and peaceful country roads perfect for walking or cycling. The historic Richard the Lionheart route passes nearby, ideal for a day out.
But in truth, most guests hardly ever leave the property. With swimming, reading, and doing absolutely nothing on offer, there’s really no need to.

Wat een geweldige en bijzondere plek! Met ons gezin en twee honden hebben we genoten van de ruimte en de natuur (vlinders, ijsvogels, reigers, kikkers, etc). Het grote meer boodt vanwege de tropische warm heerlijke verkoeling. Ook kan je erin varen en vissen. Het huis is ruim en het balkon biedt een heerlijke plek om over het meer te kijken en veel ruimte om op te zitten.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. Het is een paradijsje met een heerlijk meer erbij. Wij hebben gesupt en gezwommen.

Echt even tot rust komen
Deze locatie was zo mooi in de natuur!
Prachtige vlinders gezien die van alle kanten vandaan kwamen. Het hele terrein was een ontdekking voor zowel de kinderen als de volwassenen.
Ondanks de regen hebben we een fijn verbmijf gehad. Grappig toen we de eerste keer in het water sprongen en dat het zo ondiep was haha. Maar daardoor voor de kinderen weer veilig.
Alleen zijn de badkamers wat toe aan liefde. De rest van het huis was schoon en goed te vertoeven
Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad.
