"I had prepaid for a king suite was put in to a room with 2 queen beds and no microwave the fridge would start dripping water ever 2 hours. The room was dirty and I had sticky stuff on the floor human hair behind the bathroom door a dog bug back stuffed behind the desk under the tv, what looked like animal food under the same beak against the wall. I stop house keeping and asked them to vacuum the room and clean the bathroom but it was the same. I understand the hotel is under construction but this was a birthday weekend trip for me and my partner only my 2nd time stay at this hotel don’t think their will be a third. Only one working elevator one working ice me home gym closed down and hot tub out of order the pool water was like bath water. I normally don’t complain but this was honestly no right. I should have taken more photos been these I showed to the front desk minutes after stepping in the room."
