"Huone oli tilava ja mukava. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja oli mukava ja kylmä. Kylmä oli puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Yleisesti ottaen, hotelli on hyvä ja sopiva oleskeluun. Sijainti on hyvä, aivan kaupungin keskustassa, mikä tekee siitä erittäin mukavaa. On myös marssi hotellin vieressä, joka on avoinna klo 2 a.m. , joka on erittäin hyödyllinen. Ainoa alue, joka tarvitsee parannusta on aamiainen."

"A nice hotel just above Tiara Beach. Swiss chalet styles rooms which are spacious and have nice air conditioning. Beautiful veranda to sit out on and have a drink and watch the native birds. Nice bathroom with bathtub. Good functional air conditioning. Nice welcome on arrival and allowed to check in early . Hotel was very busy as it was a holiday. The main reason for my choosing this hotel was our previous experience of their Chinese fine dining restaurant - unfortunately that is closed for renovation until 2026. This restaurant was one of the finest in Labuan. The main restaurant is adequate nevertheless. 10 minutes to Victoria town centre by Grab but nice rural setting. We explored the beach which was pleasant. Great stay - would return."

"Lazenda Hotel offers a basic yet comfortable stay with a convenient location, especially for those who want to be near town. The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay. However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"The hotel is good, far from Labuan, but you can easily pick up the taxi Maxim or Grab (15-20 MYR). The room was large and clean, with a partial sea view. The beach was not very clean and we were attacked by sandflies. I highly recommend using repellents. Since there are no restaurants near the hotel, guests have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant only. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but there was no variety of tasty food, there were no omelettes and fried eggs. The pastries were delicious."

"Stayed at Hotel Aifa Labuan and overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, within walking distance to duty-free shops. The room was comfortable and the staff were okay and helpful. Good option if you’re looking for a well-located hotel."

"Very spacious, very clean. Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new. Cleaning was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. The TV was nice and modern with streaming services. The location was very convenient, lots of shops around. The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean. Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights."

"This hotel is the best hotel for business travelers in Labuan. The location is prefect as it is across from the financial park. The room was large and well furnished. The housekeeping service was great. 24 hr room service was a nice perk as well."

"This hotel is an excellent option for a business traveller looking for a budget stay in Labuan. The location is good and near enough to the Financial Park area to be able to walk if you need to, but by grab it's only about 5 minutes away. The hotel is also close to several good eating options, as well as 24/7 corner stores like 7-Eleven. The hotel staff were very friendly and the internet connection was strong enough for streaming and live online meetings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would not mind staying here again. Keep in mind, this is more in line for budget-conscious people looking for a quick place to stay that is safe and clean. It does not offer the services of more premium hotels on the island, such as breakfast or a pool."
