"I’m currently enjoying my stay at AIFA Hotel. At first glance, it does look like an older property, but everything has been good so far. I was assigned Room 713, a Deluxe Queen Room. One downside, however, is the hallway on the way from the lift to the room. it has an unpleasant odor, which I believe is coming from the carpet. Once inside, the room itself is spacious and impressive. I really like the bathroom, the shower works well, and the large bed is soft and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the buffet-style breakfast was a letdown. The selection was limited, and most items were served barely warm. I didn’t enjoy it at all, and I think this is an area the hotel really needs to improve. Overall, it’s a nice room but with a poor breakfast experience. That leaves me 50–50 on whether I’d return. I might come back for the room and convenient location, but I’ll definitely skip the breakfast next time."

"Huone oli tilava, puhdas ja kauniisti suunniteltu, tarjoavat mukavaa ja rentouttavaa ympäristöä.Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen mutta täyttävä mukava tapa aloittaa päivä tuntematta ylivoimainen. Henkilöstö oli lämmin, huomaavainen ja aina valmis auttamaan hymyllä. Todellinen huolenpito teki oleskelua vielä miellyttävämmän. Yleensä, ihana kokemus ja varmasti paikka, johon palaisin."

"The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience."

"I travel to labuan for Labuan Sea Games and booked this hotel 1 weeks ealier for 4nights..All hotel fulls for that event only this i can book because the location mention near to kompleks sukan laut Labuan,i booked 2single bed there is no mention maximum pax..I check in on 30th April the receptionist seen there is 6 of us (4 ladies n 2 kids) but the other 2 kids is temporarialy stay until awaits for their school team arrived..on the night stays i pays for xtra bed at the morning at the counter..we only stays for night,at the morning until 6pm we at kompleks sukan..At the evening the manager told us via receptionist to upgrade bed and need to pay xtra..Why this issue isn’t mention earlier while we check in l,if their management told so I can cancel check in and get refund on that day,receptionist already seen us but there is no issue..So I check out since 1 Mei 2026 because of their management ,the hotel management promise to refund me but until now i did’nt receive the refund.This is the bad experience i have while stays in no star hotel..The hotel that more than 3star hotel never mention like this at least we are comfortable."
