史上最差酒店和體驗，本來預訂了2晚直接取消跑路，還好攜程補貼了我們第二晚房費。
1、接機遲到一小時並且騙我們。先是説我們待的地方接不了（但明明所有酒店和客人都是在這裏接機），然後繼續騙我們司機已經到達，讓我們找了好久，非常離譜
2、花灑是包漿的，被子是一層薄床單，沒有紙巾，我去問前台説在廁所裏（廁紙
3、條件艱苦，甚至比不上國內一兩百快捷酒店，中國人不騙中國人，快潤

門口在施工，白天很吵。
門口就是馬路，晚上一直有摩託車，汽車的聲音。
整體的設施都比較一般。

房間衹有一瓶水（估計目的就是讓不夠再買），我去前台諮詢，房間衹有一瓶水，2個人應該2瓶水（住一百次賓館很少出現這種現象），前台💁🏻♀️説去6層餐飲服務可以再要一瓶（我當時覺得就是補一瓶），第二天退房結賬還要收一瓶水錢，我當時怒了，經過爭論沒有收取，但是感覺很不好

We love this hotel. Great view. Room very clean. Staff very friendly. They provide transport for us to travel to the city. They provide pick up and drop of to the airport. They provide safety box in the room, easy for us to keep our valuables in it. I recommend this hotel.

Sicuramente la posizione e il panorama sono gli elementi distintivi dell’hotel. Camera carina e pulita, colazione servita all’ultimo piano con vista meravigliosa. Ottimo servizio navetta per il centro. Pare abbiano anche SPA e palestra, che però non sono reclamizzate.

We stayed 4 nights at Sunset Hotel. Our room had a fabulous view, was clean and appointed well for the class of hotel. The star attraction of the hotel is the rooftop dining, bar and pool. An amazing place to watch sunset with a cold beer. Food was basic but very tasty and well prepared. The price point for the restaurant is excellent value. The Nasi Goreng for breakfast is the best we've had so far in Indo! The Flores coffee is great and a wonderful way to kick start your day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Front office has reasonable English and can help you with most things. It’s a bit of a walk to the Labuan shopping strip, fortunately the reception can provide a ride into the Centre for approx. 50k IDR. They will also pick up and drop off to the airport, very useful and will do pickups in town too, just use what’s app to connect with them. The hotel is a bit “tired” but everything works and for the price it is an excellent place to stay. And yes, it lives up to its name. The sunsets are incredible. We would happily stay there again. Hot tip - Resto Sesto Senso is just 100m up the hill - fabulous Italian fusion food. A secret treat.

La mia opinione,e' davvero un Resort Splendido,vista sul mare incantevole anche al tramonto,collegato molto bene,per accedere ai ristoranti e negozi, e' si possono organizzare gita in barca,per visitare il Komodo Park e altre isole intorno.

Pros : Beautiful view. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy so, we didn't get a nice sunset. All rooms have a balcony and over looks the sea. The rooms are old school but well maintained. Beds are comfy (medium hardness). Bathrooms have good water pressure and water heater. Towels, shampoo & body gel are provided. There is a tiny lift but you still will need to go up a flight of stairs before the lift. The restaurant area is open air and very breezy when we went up in the morning. Free WiFi. Free shuttle to town at 7pm and return at 9pm. Free airport shuttle. Its like not more than 10 mins from the airport. Mini fridge and kettle provided (need to request). Cons : Accessibility : Not walkable to anywhere as the roads are pretty undulating & there is no grab/gojek car, only bikes. Hotel transport is 50k per way. There's a pretty steep flight of stairs before you get to the lift. Not recommended if you have problem with stairs. But to be fair, it does seemed like most accommodations have steep flight of stairs that you need to navigate. The AC doesn't cool down the room enough even at night. Most probably because of placement of ac and not serviced.
