Sylvia Hotel & Resort Komodo arvostelua

Lovely hotel with great view and awesome beach. Snorkeled at the beach on my first day and found many corals, fishes and even a striking blue starfish!

We stayed at Sylvia Hotel for the past week. The location is truly outstanding — one of the best you could ask for — and the staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel has great potential, and on first impression the representation is very appealing. That said, the property itself does feel like it has not had much investment or upkeep for quite some time. The rooms, while functional, showed signs of wear such as chipped wardrobe doors, tired paint, and limited attention to detail in cleaning. The landscaping could also benefit from more care, as it looked a little neglected. In the dining area, while the staff were pleasant, the service was not polished, and communication in English was limited. Training in table service seemed minimal, which meant the experience fell short of international expectations. Overall, the charm of the hotel lies in its unbeatable location and the friendliness of the team. For travelers who prioritize location over luxury or fine detail, it can still be a good base. With some improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and staff training, the property could really shine. Until then, it’s best to visit with modest expectations.

Love the beach!

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im ersten Stock. Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig und es war außerdem Schimmel an den Wänden was man auch deutlich riechen konnte. Das Fenster konnte man öffnen und man sah direkt die Mauer des Nebengebäudes (laut Beschreibung wäre es ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gewesen und als Extrawunsch wurde „Schöne Aussicht“ angegeben). Bettlaken, Handtücher und Dusche ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Auf Anfrage das Zimmer wechseln zu können, da wir sehr starke Probleme mit dem Atmen in den Zimmern hatten hieß es dass alles ausgebucht ist (komischerweise konnte ich für das Hotel noch andere Zimmer auf Online-Portalen für diesen Aufenthalt buchen). Nach umfangreichem Nachfragen und Diskutieren haben wir dann ab der zweiten Nacht zwei Zimmer im zweiten Stock bekommen, welche zumindest halbwegs sauber waren und man einen Balkon zum Lüften hatte. Wir haben zum Frühstück lediglich einmal eine Tasse Kaffee getrunken, das Essen hat uns nicht sehr angesprochen, hier muss jeder selbst seine Erfahrungen machen je nachdem welche Vorlieben man zum Frühstück hat. Lediglich die schöne Lage am Meer und der Pool haben den Aufenthalt etwas angenehmer gestaltet.

Ubicación en la propia playa. Bien cuidada y muy bonita. El hotel muy viejo y descuidado. Servicio justo  y el restaurante que da el desayuno muy malo.  Si solo le das valor a estar a pie de playa …

環境優美。安靜。銀色沙灘，克萊因藍大海。

Hotel bellissimo, super pulito, spiaggia privata enorme. Veramente un paradiso.

Hay partes del hotel algo viejas pero lo están reformado, muy buena ubicación en una playa tranquila con un arrecife para hacer snorkel

Great location, really quiet and peaceful but most people on the resort can't speak English and cannot understand basic words when you order food.

性價比可以，不錯的

設施太老舊了

酒店整體設施偏老舊，一樓房間不能住，味道巨大無比，蚊蟲多的不行。第二天換了樓上房間好一些。

房間地下層會有地漏的臭味，但是周邊海灘環境這方面很不錯，如果遊玩的這個價位也沒啥好説了！海灘這個是個超級加分項，相當值得！
