The room was nice and clean and big enough for all my needs. The shower was good as was the bathroom. The elevator was a bit sensitive as was the door password at times. Good wifi. Good location. The A/C was not very good. It would last five minutes and stop, which was frustrating in the heat. The hotel looked very clean in the corridors.

Hôtel propre et neuf, bien situé dans le centre ville. Staff sympathique. Il serait bien de préciser dans la description de l'hôtel que la plupart des charges sont sans fenêtres,

Very nice and wonderful staff and clean place! The most important for me was a wheelchair accessible, and steps free. If you are a Wheelchair user you must choose Triple Room because this is have a bigger door access to the bathroom. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

Nice hotel in the nice area

Upon arrival, we were given three room options: Basic / no window Deluxe/ window Suite We went for the deluxe option specifically to have a window for light and fresh air. Paid 150 dh more per night than the basic option would be. Turns out that the “window” opens into an air shaft with no air circulation and hardly any sunlight. People walking along the hallway can look right onto our bed when the blinds aren’t drawn. So no use at all. We went back down to reception where we were told that for them, this is a perfectly adequate window and there are no other rooms with proper windows available. We then asked to switch to an economy room (because why pay extra for this?) - no dice. Staff refused to change our booking and kept repeating that we wanted a window and got one. Pretty rude and useless. It’s like advertising a fridge in the room (and charging for that privilege) that’s not connected to the power. Shame because apart from that the room is fine but from such a high-priced hotel I expect more transparency and honesty. While we stayed here we heard another two guests complain about the same issue to reception - again, staff did not care and would not change the booking to another category.
