Our home is the perfect starting point for visiting Cinque Terre, as it is located not even 5 minutes away from the ‘La Spezia Centrale’ train station, where you can get on the trains for Riomaggiore and the other villages of Cinque Terre; it is also a few metres away from the city centre, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and everything else you might need. “La Casa di Elisa” is the upper of two apartments inside a villa built in the early 1900s, located in a safe and calm neighbourhood on the hills of La Spezia. The apartment is made up of two spacious bedrooms, with a view over the town’s rooftops, living room with sofa-bed and TV, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the back of the house there is a big terrace, furnished with table, chairs and a big beach umbrella, so that you’ll be able to enjoy your summer meals outside. Enjoy you stay at La Casa di Elisa! > We also offer a private parking at a small additional fee (25€/night) 4 minutes from your doorstep (NOT included in the price you pay on Airbnb), to be requested upon booking/well in advance.
